Always go to this McDs for the 13ct of fresh chocolate chip cookies! I have to wait a few min but it is worth it! The carry out staff checks to know what i need and brings it out right away! Sooo much better than Vernon=DoNot go there for anything! Stay in Altus! Trust me!!

Went into the lobby and waited at the register for 2 minutes no one came, so I used the kiosk which is out of paper to give to the cashier to pay in cash. After someone came to check out and take my money and re-enter my order I took a seat and waited 5 to 7 minutes for my burger. It arrived plain so I took it back, the manager came back with a new burger in less than a minute. The meat patties was warm, the cheese was ice cold, and and the bun was hard enough to play hockey with. Last time I will give them any more of my money.

my husband called me to tell me that they didn’t have the mocha and he was getting a ice coffee because they didn’t have mocha but they didn’t say anything about the cash difference my order was online I told him to ask about a refund! I was upset because they asked him what the difference was and I’m like you worked there. You should know the difference between ice coffee and a mocha. I was craving sugar because I’m on a diet and I haven’t eaten any sugar in a month and a half ( so I was momentarily sugar, crazy )I thought they gave him the wrong amount, but it was my mistake. I added the taxes to the wrong mocha on the app I had the frappe so I thought they owe him a dollar and some change I call back. I spoke to the manager. They gave him the right refund and she explained it to me and I was like. I don’t think she’s lying so I apologize to her because he didn’t give me the receipt and when I looked at the receipt, I noticed that it was 3 something instead of 4 something which made the dollar difference right there ! keep up the good work and again I apologize for being upset! 😔

Probably one of the most underwhelming branches I've been to. In the afternoon, or evening, the nuggets and fries have often been stale. The breakfast has been more consistent in quality than any other time of day.

The staff in the drive thru are friendly enough, but this branch's inconsistence in food quality turned me off to McDonalds for 4 years. At least interior is decent and clean during the times Ive gone.

Literally probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been. Terrible service like their workers don’t even want to work. Terrible food. And place is absolutely disgusting. There’s not much to eat in Altus but definitely don’t make McDonald’s here one of them🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢

Need to work on mobile delivery orders.. waited over 10 mins looking at 6 feet away.. employees walk right by me, I ask for my order they acted like they didn't here me. I received my order I asked for fresh French fries.. Lady was rude! Team work needs attention in front makes the dream work!

The foods normally 90% of the time cold or the Order you Ordered is wrong 😕 an the last five trips I've made for breakfast and or a fast lunch the drive thru workers are so damned miserable and unfriendly... Maybe the job of fast food isn't for them and they need to be moved to the kitchen an not greet customers or possibly get a job there NOT so miserable at an making others (customers) energy the same as there's! A bad experience in the morning can make your whole day set up as BLAH maybe try an turn the EXPERIENCES of customers in to a more Enjoyable experience with your store and staff members!
