Staff can’t be bothered to do their jobs, and when they do they act like they would rather be doing anything else but what they are literally getting paid to do. The food is fine, about what you’d expect from McDonalds, but the customer service is severely lacking

The food is same as all McDonald's of course but they make this 1 here best I been to will miss it they listen to Christian music they added class like 5 star hotel would 0 other McDonald's ever did all different here!!! They made it special not the food served:)

Always go to this McDs for the 13ct of fresh chocolate chip cookies! I have to wait a few min but it is worth it! The carry out staff checks to know what i need and brings it out right away! Sooo much better than Vernon=DoNot go there for anything! Stay in Altus! Trust me!!

Don’t waste your money on this sorry excuse for a business. Their communication with customers is awful. Their customer service is horrible. And you will never get what you order. The last three times I was there, i placed my order in the mobile app. I did not receive what I ordered because “they were out.” No communication about the items being out of stock from the associates. They don’t ask what you would like instead, they just bring you whatever they feel like without caring about the price differences in the items they give. I’ve complained to a manager about this three different times, and every time, it’s the same situation. Do better, Altus.
Went into the lobby and waited at the register for 2 minutes no one came, so I used the kiosk which is out of paper to give to the cashier to pay in cash. After someone came to check out and take my money and re-enter my order I took a seat and waited 5 to 7 minutes for my burger. It arrived plain so I took it back, the manager came back with a new burger in less than a minute. The meat patties was warm, the cheese was ice cold, and and the bun was hard enough to play hockey with. Last time I will give them any more of my money.
