The food was overall tasty. The portion of fries was a joke for the $4.87 price. Ordered on uber eats for delivery, but unless the driver ate most of them, I would expect more than 12 French fries.

Always have problems with Altus Broadway OK, location, bad food, wings are hard, sour and nasty, fries hard and undercooked!! Will never order again!!!

Ordered 2 solo boxes yesterday and the melts were hard and overcooked( burned) when I called back I was told by Robert he had been there 7 yrs and cooked it himself. Then he begrudgenly gave me a 15$ credit ( he should have offered to redo the order) so today I order on the phone told Micheal what I wanted. He said he would get it in the oven but I had to order it online because of the franchise issue (whatever) this time left the peperoni off my pizzas and gave me 3 wings in one box with a crumb as the 4th. A literal crumb. I took pics but they didn't want to do right in the first place. No more orders or excuses from this place. Take my advise and dodge this bullet if your wanting a decent pizza...wings... or anything...

Pizza Hut om Broadway has changed so much from the very last time we placed an order sometime last year. Our food came on time, our delivery drivers have been sweet and our food has been hot. Even the time they messed up on our order, they called and let us know and that it would push the time back. We're very understanding and I'm just glad there are people in there now that know how to communicate!
