I sat at the patio outside with my dog, and then when I forgot her water bowl there, they found it and even washed it for me before I swung by to pick it up

I opted for the Southwestern Fire burger, and honestly, it was pretty average. None of the flavors really popped, and all the ingredients just kind of blended together into a bland taste. It wasn't bad, but it definitely didn't live up to its fiery name or left any desire to ever order it again. On the side, I got tater tots, and they were exactly what you want: nice and crispy.

The service is where things really fell short. The staff seemed to have a very non-interested and casual attitude, and while they tried to be friendly, it felt pretty forced. When my server brought my drink, I was ready to order, but she just walked away without asking if I needed anything else. I waited about 15 extra minutes and actually had to flag her down as she passed by to ask if I could finally place my order. I honestly don't think she was planning on coming back to the table anytime soon. That lack of interest pretty much continued throughout my whole visit. Since it was my first time there, maybe that's just their normal way of doing things.

I arrived at 9 PM on Thursday, with the restaurant closing at 10 PM, but unfortunately, they did not serve me. As a truck driver, I walked to the restaurant with no other nearby dining options available.

While in town visiting family, we chose this restaurant for dinner based on its appealing menu and atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly, and our drinks and appetizers were served in a timely manner, which set a positive tone at first.

However, the experience took a disappointing turn when it came to our main courses. There was a noticeable delay before our server returned to take our dinner order, and once the order was finally placed, we endured a lengthy wait for the food to arrive. Concerned about the delay, we brought it to the attention of a staff member. Unfortunately, the response we received lacked both understanding and professionalism.

Rather than acknowledging our concern, the staff member focused on disputing the wait time, citing the kitchen ticket time and insisting it had only been 36 minutes since the order was placed—without considering the additional time it took for our order to be taken in the first place. While we understand that busy nights can lead to longer wait times, it’s the approach to customer service that truly defines the experience. In this case, the lack of empathy and the dismissive tone left a negative impression.

We hope the management will take this feedback into account and consider training staff on how to better handle customer concerns with tact and professionalism. Great food and ambiance are important, but respectful and attentive service is what keeps guests coming back.

I never write reviews but i came here for the first time tonight and brought my family who is visiting and it was the worst service and atmosphere ever. So embarrassing to bring my family here. waited 40 minutes to get our order taken, once it was taken, waited another 40 minutes before finally asking how much longer. The owner says ā€œit hasn’t been that longā€ being totally dismissive. just looking around seeing every table not being helped because there was no workers present is sad. The table next to us didn’t even have drinks after 30 minutes. the fact that he didn’t even care and argued about how long it’s been was what made us get up and leave. ridiculous.

Service was slow, food takes 45 minutes to arrive. Then waited forever for the check.
The pretzel burger was very average and smaller than I expected.
