I wanted to share feedback from a recent visit. The lid on my iced drink with cold foam was not securely fitted and popped off unexpectedly, causing a spill inside my vehicle. I wanted to make you aware in case there’s a lid fit issue, as it could pose a mess as it did between the seats of my new vehicle or burn risk for customers.

I LOVE my White Buffalo coffee shops! Tge coffee and service are always top notch. We are so lucky to have great little places like this in our community. I don't even live here but I definitely make multiple stops through the week!!!

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I was the only customer. All 3 baristas were on their phones while our coffees sat on the bar and cooled. When I inquired and asked for my drinks, I was told the cappuccino was still making… 30 seconds later it was handed to me half full and not even hot.
