I had a simple order at table 107, i put the number in to have it brought to the table. They waited over 30 minutes and finally yelled my number for me to get the meal at the counter at which point everything was ice cold... Only mcdonalds in the entire country ive ever been to that did this. More expensive and less of everything else guess thats mcdonalds new slogan. 🤷♂️

If dining in expect to wait! Drive thru comes 1st, online 2nd and dine in, well you don't really count! Waited more than 20 minutes for food on several occaions. Mickey D has lost thier focus!

So we went through the drive thru and the lady that took our order decided to be rude and we got one thing ordered and she gave us our total when I wasn’t finished speaking she got an attitude when I was politely telling her I’m not done ordering and when we gave the card to pay she threw it at us once she swiped it and we asked at the next window to speak to the manager to address the situation the manager was very disrespectful and said “she’s not like that” refusing to acknowledge that she was very impolite.

I ordered 2 mcchickens and a medium fry on the mobile app waited about 15 minutes to go get it waited in line for about 40 minutes (line didn’t move for 30 mins) then was told to pull into a spot to wait for my order so in all took me about a hour and 30 minutes to get 2 mcchickens and a fry. The workers didn’t care how long I waited just said have a nice day this place has gone down hill FAST

Be careful when buying food from here. I ordered a crispy mcchicken last night around 10pm, July 31, 2025 and it was raw/undercooked. I threw up. I hope I don’t get sick.

Probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Fairly consistent. I wish they stopped having us move forward when waiting on our food but that's because of corporate's failure to set realistic expectations.
