So we went through the drive thru and the lady that took our order decided to be rude and we got one thing ordered and she gave us our total when I wasn’t finished speaking she got an attitude when I was politely telling her I’m not done ordering and when we gave the card to pay she threw it at us once she swiped it and we asked at the next window to speak to the manager to address the situation the manager was very disrespectful and said “she’s not like that” refusing to acknowledge that she was very impolite.

I ordered 2 mcchickens and a medium fry on the mobile app waited about 15 minutes to go get it waited in line for about 40 minutes (line didn’t move for 30 mins) then was told to pull into a spot to wait for my order so in all took me about a hour and 30 minutes to get 2 mcchickens and a fry. The workers didn’t care how long I waited just said have a nice day this place has gone down hill FAST

This restaurant has issues with cleanliness inside and out. The parking lot is in bad need of having all surfaces pressure wash. You can’t walk across the parking lot without having to avoid oily surfaces and that is tracked into the building. The area just outside the drive through window is just nasty and attracts flies. The inside very seldom has clean tables. You have to try to find the cleanest and then wipe it down. Employees very seldom address anyone coming in.
