We placed a mobile order at 10:23 and paid for my order and showed it charged on my card. Arrived there and was informed since it is 10:31, they will not make our food. However, it was ordered and paid for. This McDonald's is not that busy that they have to switch to lunch. Besides, why charge my card at 10:23 and breakfast served til 10:30. Comon, really.

Horrible service, kids that work there clearly dont like their job. Im here on vacation and 2 days in a row they forgot stuff then acted like there was nothing they can do. Got a egg mcmuffin and the egg was still raw then had to wait 35 mins for another one then the next day forgot to put stuff in my bag then when i called they said they dont know what i think they should do about it. Some girl with black hair is rude and laughs at people.

Absolutely horrible. I went inside and I immediately saw drinks all over the floor and the entire place was a mess. I saw rats scurrying around looking for the bits of food that were on the floor. The place overall was very poorly kept and the food tasted like raw sewage, and along with everything else I was treated very rudly along with several of the staff members being severely mistreated. I don't stand for staff being overworked, underpaid, and being treated like the garbage that fills this environment. I will not ever be coming back.

I highly suggest you don't go here or come back.First, the time it took for me to get my food was too long especially since there weren't a lot of people. I had to wait a full 30 minutes for my food and they didn't even get my order right.Second, the dirtiness of the place was unacceptable for a restaurant. It didn't even look like they knew how to clean at that point and that is really disappointing.Lastly, inappropriate behavior, mistreated staff and abuse to staff I witnessed too was very upsetting for the least. I wasn’t sure so at first I just shrugged it off thinking it probably wasn’t anything serious until I heard it more clearly than before. It was obvious I heard mistreatment of staff and bullying on one if not multiple of the staff there. It was embarrassing to hear such behavior go on between everyone there. It seemed like this wasn’t the first time, as if it was an every day occurrence. The staff was slightly rude to me as well but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that They were just tired. But I do feel that the staff treat each other poorly and believe that something needs to be done to stop bullying. aside from that The tables and seats were slightly dirty, and the food took around 10 minutes or more.
Kid-friendliness: I believe that most of the staff is not very kid friendly as I heard, excessive, cursing and hurtful words being used on other staff members as well as the disrespectful tone while I was ordering. After we left my girlfriend shared her thoughts telling me that she didn’t like the atmosphere so I don’t recommend bringing a child here to dine in.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the management is angry and rude. The food took too long to come out and to top it all off I found a toenail in my burger, I tried to get a re fund but the manager decided to kick me out. NEVER COME HERE.

I went here with my friends and it was just an embarrassing experience hearing hurtful words and jokes being made towards the staff members by other staff members..?? This should NOT be allowed especially in an establishment where you are supposed to be cooking, not bullying one another. It felt like they spent most of their time making fun of others instead of cooking because my food was cold and soggy. Please get a new manager this behavior should absolutely NOT be tolerated.
Kid-friendliness: I do not recommend bringing your children here, it's just a verbally abusive enviroment.

Ok, first and foremost, the employees were very rude to me and my friends. I tried to ask for a McFlurry and they told me that they didn’t make ice cream for ugly people, and even when I walked in one other employee whispered underneath their breath “like a moth to a flame…” LIKE WHAT??? If I could give it a negative review I would, I will not be going here ever again!! >:(
