“If you're not from Alva, this might not be the place for you. It is not quite like any other Tex Mex place I've been to. It's kind of its own thing. Having grown up near Alva, though, this is one of my favorite places in the world. I'm so grateful that they are still open. Every time I'm in town, I have to eat here at least one. Thank you for staying open and for always making the best chalupas ever!!!“

“This is about the only dine in restaurant I ever eat at In Alva. Brandy is my favorite waitstaff. She is very friendly and kid orientated. Food is always prompt and delicious. Highly recommend.“

“Best place to eat in Alva. We drive down about every Sunday for breakfast. We live an hour away. Great restaurant, awsome staff. Don and Terry are the real deal.“
