Rude & I don’t know why they ask what size you want when they’re just going to put whatever they want to.

I'm not sure what the female manager at the time of this order's problem is but I'm really getting tired of her MICRO MANAGING when she wasn't asked for any help with my order and so the young man who was helping me did his best but SHE MESS UP MY ORDER... Because I asked for 2 burgers 🫴 Lady just worry about yourself... I don't care if you don't like me.... It's real simple just stay away from me and don't get involved in my orders and I will make sure not to even acknowledge YOU😡........
The 3 stars is for the 2 young men that helped me get it right 👏👏👏

Great food decent pricing employees are very friendly to the customers

Food is usually pretty good. Grocery area is pretty well kept up. Tables are often dirty. I can't believe Erica still works there. I know I wasn't the only one that has called and complained about her being rude to customers because I've heard stories. She's also rude to the employees. If you hate people, don't work around people 🤷

There was a bag of burgers for 6.70!

Amazing Burger! I got the Four Cheese Burger meal and a grilled chicken sandwich meal. I have found my new favorite burger!
The staff was amazing service great and food cooked fresh! Great Job to all the staff! Thank You very Much!

Fast food

This is my go to for a stress relieving or cool down on a hot day ice cream. I bought burgers, chicken dinners, chicken sandwiches, ice creams, milk and even breakfast items here and all were pretty good.

Order 2 bags of deluxe cheese burgers, only for them to be given to us with no onion or lettuce or ketchup. The fries were cold and rubbery. The anadarko location is the worst. The continue to hire unqualified simpletons who cannot take customer orders and clearly cooks who can't read orders. We order the deluxe because we like the toppings. Sadly we pay quite a bit extra to not get what we ordered. McDonald's is a much better option at this point. Big fail braums.

The night shift worker Erica, is extremely rude at the window. Her attitude is unprofessional, and people like her shouldn’t be working in customer service.

One of the worst Braums I have been to.
Tables and floor were dirty and cluttered.
Tables weren't wiped clean. The restaurant was NOT busy at this time and lunch rush had long passed. The food was ok but the service was sub par.
They kept calling the wrong order # for our order. This Braums needs leadership and a Management team that actually cares about quality.
