Nice ice cream shop.

Order 2 bags of deluxe cheese burgers, only for them to be given to us with no onion or lettuce or ketchup. The fries were cold and rubbery. The anadarko location is the worst. The continue to hire unqualified simpletons who cannot take customer orders and clearly cooks who can't read orders. We order the deluxe because we like the toppings. Sadly we pay quite a bit extra to not get what we ordered. McDonald's is a much better option at this point. Big fail braums.

The night shift worker Erica, is extremely rude at the window. Her attitude is unprofessional, and people like her shouldn’t be working in customer service.

One of the worst Braums I have been to.
Tables and floor were dirty and cluttered.
Tables weren't wiped clean. The restaurant was NOT busy at this time and lunch rush had long passed. The food was ok but the service was sub par.
They kept calling the wrong order # for our order. This Braums needs leadership and a Management team that actually cares about quality.

The staff was 5 stars all around. The food, as always, was fantastic. The Elgin and Lawton locations could learn something from the workers at this Anadarko location.

The place was filthy. Mid-afternoon, not busy at all. Employees were just standing around chatting and cutting up. Meanwhile, the tables are ALL nasty. The floor looks like they just fed two dozen toddlers. And there are flies, flies, and more flies. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean—poor management.

My family & and ate dinner at this Braums in Anadarko, Wednesday, May 29th. We had family from out of town with us, plus many surrounding community ball teams eating there this evening, because Anadarko Little League was hosting for the week; their league tournament.
The ice cream display windows were so filthy it was hard to see ice cream/labels & the stainless steal counters below display and cash register areas; along with restrooms and dinning room tables were dirty too. One costumer had to ask for a rag and cleaner to clean off a table to eat on. We saw plenty of employees working(counted 8). Living close to Anadarko and choosing to dine there, it truly was saddening and embarrassing to say the least. ? People we’ve got to DO BETTER!
