Ice cold fries and sloppy burgers. Drove out of my way to eat this because they used to be pretty good. Never again.
Went and placed a to-go order, either the cashier didn’t put my name on my order or they just didn’t see it. We waited almost an hour for our order, when we went to check on it the second time, the server behind the counter said “oh! It’s been sitting up here along!” No apology, the food was cold and it just didn’t seem worth it to complain, being the staff is rather cavalier about their poor service. Too bad! I don't know who will see this but I hope it gets back to the cook who was working Saturday 26th around 430. We came out there and had THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD!!! My husband even said they had outdone themselves. It was sooooo so good, the flavor and the butter was perfect. Mine was just a bit undercooked for a medium but my husband's was cooked perfectly. We travel and love a good steak and this was so far the bestest.
