Everytime I go to the Anadarko location everything sucks always cold the workers is always rude when they bring the food out

This is the first time I've had real trouble with Sonic in a long time The food that I did get was it was very good but it was a double smashburger in the buns were overcooked the meat was overcooked and they forgot the sugar-free blackberry in my unsweet tea again I'll keep. I'll still keep coming back normally you guys do really good.

Each time I visit there ain't many vehicles. Still slow service. I waited for 20 minutes for a drink and mozzarella sticks. I know they need to have the orders out at a specific time because I worked at one. There's no excuse to not at least take out the orders that are ready. Either they need to pick up there spend or individuals need to apply and they hire to have a full crew.

I went to anadarko sonic and they first got my drink order wrong after I had to repeat it to them 4 times, then in the same order I got a cheesy bacon sonic stack and I asked for no onions or pickles when I got it and opened it it was bacon and onions and THAT'S it. They didn't even put a hamburger patty on my bacon hamburger smh

Stopped in there at @ 3:30 pm on Tuesday 3/4/2025. There was two cars before me I pushed the ready order button waited 15 mins by then the other two cars had left. Is one of the suckiest in Oklahoma. Maybe try getting ppl that want to work.seemsca problem here.

I ordered and was paying with card, it got to the tip screen and randomly started typing numbers by itself. My food cost 13 dollars and I ended up paying 33, carhop just said it already went through and that there was basically nothing she could do.

Ordered a number 11 and waited for over 20 minutes for my food. Handed her a 20,she had to go get change,waited over 10 minutes for my change. I even had to repress the red button to remind her. Came back and didn't have the correct change.

The workers are neglectful and probably high on drugs. Extremely slow service and incompetent employees.
Went to TRY and have breakfast and attempted to pay with a larger bill. After giving us our order, we (of course started to eat) the girl comes back out and asks for our food back. Stating they could not take the bill because they did t have change. . . .I figured the $50 in change I was due wouldn't be trouble. I did order for 5 people. We weren't given a chance to even try to figure out if we could just go get change or not they just, "need the food back now"...smh try not to be so rude and a little more helpful next time is all..

We bought 2 blasts and had to order each separately because they didn't put it in the computer. The price didn't add up right so I thought there was a promotion but no. The menus price $4.79, and was charged $5.79. The girl said she could not do anything about it. On top of that, the ice cream ended 2 inches from the top edge of the cup. Also no whip topping, but not sure if it is supposed to be on a blast. Told the service girl that it rang up wrong and she didn't care.
