We have been eating from here several times and I have my opinion. The food has been fresh, full of items purchased and the staff have been very friendly. The best service of the taco bells around the area.
Parking: For the area, the parking is plentiful.
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is handicap friendly and the door opens with ease.
I ordered a Box Meal and got a paper bag, they gave me two small cups of very watery Dr Pepper instead of my Medium

Order taker and window worker were friendly, service was prompt, order was correct, and food was spot on. The location is excellent, ingress and egress well thought out. Ample parking available
Parking: Plenty of parking available can accommodate small trailers, boats, etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking available per requirements
Tried to order 3 times on app, that failed, called the restaurant to see if i could place the order as someone was already en route to get the order, the "manager" said he doesn't take orders over the phone. I asked if he could then help placing the order via the app, he said he didn't know how to use the app and wouldn't be able to help me. I asked for a number to call for customer service but he didn't know that either. UgH!! Perhaps it's time to train the help here, and add a way to place orders using a code or something so when the app doesn't work so someone can get orders done without having to wait in long lines or get some help to create a better app. By the time food got here it was all soggy and it's a good thing I didn't order crunchy tacos those would have fell apart like the rest of this sloppy made order.
Parking: Kiddos went to pickup the order and after paying were told to go to the mobile pickup to wait some more then there was a weirdo in the parking lot staring at them and making them uncomfortable. If their app would've worked or they would just take a damng phone order all that could have been avoided. It's sad when McDonald's has a better app than taco bell and even worse when the managers can't even work the apps that the company puts out for public use. It used to be a treat to go to taco bell back when they had sporks and had managers that could quote you every item from the menu and knew every aspect of how to sell their products.

The lady working the drive thru is always very nice. We love the Happy Hour freezes for $1, but the food that is made is not very good. The rice is hard, they barely put any toppings or meat on the tortillas or taco shells. Do not order the cantinas chicken tacos, the cheese was all stuck to the paper, definitely not worth $8! I wish they would get better cooks and learn how to prepare the food.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Maybe make sure your employees have basic manners and can carry on a conversation before hiring them.
Just got home and was missing almost half of my order after waiting in the parking lot for it for 10 minutes. 4 doritos tacos, which theyre definitely not cheap. Tried to call so at least I can get credit and come pick them up later and no one would answer the phone. I just want my credit for the tacos!
