The burger i got was very soggy and sloppy. The new loaded Italian sandwich that my wife got was nasty. Didn't even have half the things on it that come on it. Let's was wilted and really brown.

The restaurant staff were very nice and professional. The food was fresh, delicious, fast. I was also glad I bought an apple turnover for dessert. It was delicious with plenty of apple filling! Highly recommend this establishment.

I don't recommend Arby's of Atoka, Oklahoma. If I give you a negative review, it's because you deserve it. I placed an online order with a chocolate milkshake, with no whipped topping, well I got whipped topping anyway. Arby's you were out of the onion and pepper mix for the cheese steak, employee offers to use onion and jalapeno pepper instead, I agree, but they serve it raw instead of grilling it with the beef, then you decide to make my milkshake like you want it, but I said no whipped topping. I can't & will not recommend an establishment who doesn't take the time to read the receipt of orders placed because you assumed it was ordered the usual way, but had the employee perform the job they get paid for, I wouldn't be having this conversation with a worldwide audience. This location is methed up. It's the slowest and dirtiest Arby's I've ever stepped foot in. 30min wait in a half full lobby full of dirty tables for two cold sandwiches.

Honestly this was the weirdest and creepiest interaction I’ve ever had. Came through about 9pm to just get a small order at the drive through and it was like they didn’t really want to take my order. Then get to the window to pay and at first seemed like just a normal transaction. The first guy that took my payment didn’t give me the drink I ordered and then the second guy comes to the window hands out our two sandwiches and never says a word and slams the window. We’re sitting there confused and then a few moments later he comes back and I ask “did I not pay for a large drink on my order” and he just gets mad and rolls his eyes and says the other person should have handed it out and I’m just sitting there and wondering if I’m going to get my drink or not that I did indeed pay for. Finally he makes the drink and says something that I couldn’t hear clearly and then I said thank you and drove off because he was just staring at me and I had no clue what was going on. It honestly really freaked me out and I probably won’t be back at this location (I live locally) and if I do return it will only be early lunch hours in the daytime.

We really enjoy the Arby's classics - roast turkey & bacon & cheddar on fresh honey wheat bread and the smokehouse brisket sandwiches, and the jalapeño poppers pop with great flavor. We actually made it a point on our interstate travel to hit Arby's for lunch both ways! Great attitude and service from the staff and the prices are fair.

I live out of town and I called them to place an order and pay for it over the phone and that the manager of the Atoka fuel stop would pick it up when they were done closing the station up and they would take the order to my mom who has had nothing to eat all day end up by time I got to town everything would be closed it would be too late to purchase food for her because I live over an hour and a half away. They refused to take an order over the phone and told me that I would have to pay for internet and order it through an app
When I asked to speak to the manager I was told this was the manager and his name was Hunter
