So, I think there was a funny misunderstanding this weekend. It seems the (new?) server maybe doesnât know that CNO members receive a discount. After weâd ordered, my uncle discretely told her, âOh, and weâre tribal members.â She placed her hand on his arm and looked into his eyes and very earnestly said, âThank you for telling me.â When the tab came, there was no discount, but it only wouldâve been about $3, so we let it go. However, weâve wondered if she wasnât informed of the policy and just thought he was oversharing with her or even if she might have thought heâd been tippling a little and was verbal vomiting. đ

The Southwestern grilled chicken salad was so spicy ut was unfit to eat. There was no indication on the menu that it was spicy. When I mentioned it to our server, so seemed unimpressed with my concern. She should have comped my meal. If you don't want your whole body on fire, don't order it!!!!

Stopped by here from Dallas, and I had the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl. It was good - I would probably add jalapeños and extra chicken if possible.

It's a Sunday evening so likely got the J.V. in the kitchen but this is the worst food I've had at a Chili's. Chicken Bacon Ranch quesidillas tasted bad and was skimpy on the chicken. Had to wait 20+ minutes for food.

Ordered through the APP. Did not have to wait too long from finishing ordering on the app and picking up. Was greeted warmly. Utensils and condiments were securely bagged and placed in takeout bag. Food was cooked to appropriate temps.
