So, I think there was a funny misunderstanding this weekend. It seems the (new?) server maybe doesn’t know that CNO members receive a discount. After we’d ordered, my uncle discretely told her, “Oh, and we’re tribal members.” She placed her hand on his arm and looked into his eyes and very earnestly said, “Thank you for telling me.” When the tab came, there was no discount, but it only would’ve been about $3, so we let it go. However, we’ve wondered if she wasn’t informed of the policy and just thought he was oversharing with her or even if she might have thought he’d been tippling a little and was verbal vomiting. 😂

The Southwestern grilled chicken salad was so spicy ut was unfit to eat. There was no indication on the menu that it was spicy. When I mentioned it to our server, so seemed unimpressed with my concern. She should have comped my meal. If you don't want your whole body on fire, don't order it!!!!

Stopped by here from Dallas, and I had the Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl. It was good - I would probably add jalapeños and extra chicken if possible.

They couldn’t get a burger right at all I had to send my burger back 2 times cause they couldn’t put onions on my burger and couldn’t make it medium

It's a Sunday evening so likely got the J.V. in the kitchen but this is the worst food I've had at a Chili's. Chicken Bacon Ranch quesidillas tasted bad and was skimpy on the chicken. Had to wait 20+ minutes for food.

Ordered through the APP. Did not have to wait too long from finishing ordering on the app and picking up. Was greeted warmly. Utensils and condiments were securely bagged and placed in takeout bag. Food was cooked to appropriate temps.

We were thankful for a place to stop for lunch. I feel bad for writing this, but the experience was so-so. The hamburgers, salad, and mashed potatoes were extremely bland. There was nothing spectacular about this place. The waitress was, eh, the price was high and the food was boring. It was edible, just not great. It's not a place I'd tell friends about, unfortunately. But, it does have the potential to be great. Hopefully, they can put a little effort in to make this something great.

We arrived on a bus unannounced as a group of 23, and the servers and team handled us with care! Server Teagan especially. We arrived with patience and gratitude and were met with the same. Food came out organized and in to-go bags just in time for us to make our bus call. All within an hour! Thank you for this great experience and for helping us artists on the road have a familiar meal at a national favorite!
