We were quickly seated and received drinks and chips right away, but it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to come take our order then over 30 minutes to get our food. The lunch chalupa was dry and the ice cream on the arroyo was melted by the time I got it.
We had been to El Adobe before, but we only tried the Mexican food. I had heard from some friends that their ribeye was the best around so I went to test that out and can say with some confidence that my friends were correct. It was cooked how I ordered it, it was a great cut of meat and there was enough left for another meal.

This is such a cute little family owned restaurant, we truly enjoy dining here when we pass through Atoka. The patio out back is beautiful and they have the cutest gift shop in the front!🩷
