Mazzio's Italian Eatery

I am a repeat customer, never had an issue until this evening. 12/19/2024. I placed a delivery order at 6:15pm. Delivery time was quoted 45-55 minutes. It arrived at 7:50pm. Took almost 2 hours. I was willing to over look that. I opened the pizza box and it looked funny, not quite a full circle, tried pushing it together and realized there is a whole slice missing. I call, explain to the first girl, she gets the shift lead, I explain again, she is immediately hateful and standoffish. She asks "how many pieces are there?!" Asks if we ate a slice, "no I have money to buy a pizza, we have already waited 2 hours, why would I call and have to wait longer to eat?" Clearly we will not eat the pizza that's been eaten from. I offer to bring it up there, shift lead demands I text her a picture of it and if she deems fit she will have it remade and delivered but "it will take a while" I take a picture and send it to her, and ask if she's manager or just shift lead, she says shift. I told her I would be calling in the morning to speak to the manager. It is now 8:45pm and the new pizza is just gettimg delivered. Worst experience I've had with Mazzios.

First time I came to a Mazzios connected to Subway! Not sure why it took 20min+ to make a medium pizza as it was NOT busy inside unless they had a TON of outside orders. They don't even offer a beverage while waiting. Also, this pizza is MORE expensive than Dominos, my personal fave. Not sure I'll be back as the value is somewhat lacking!! They also should spend some extra elbow grease to clean the bathroom. They should pretend their mom is going to visit!!

The salad bar is always fresh, and the place is always clean. Never been disappointed there. Always friendly face at the counter.

Takeout - Lasagna with veggies(configurable) & Veggie pizza.

Lasagna was so buttery and flavorful.
Veggie pizza was good, nothing extraordinary.

Went Here Last Night & Wasn't Pleased w/My Meal We Purchased Da Family Meal(The 24.99 Deal Plus A 10Piece Wings) & Da Food Was Very Salty & It Didn't Taste Da Way It Tasted Last Time... Til Spend $40 Bucks On A Meal & Didn't Get That Taste We Was Look'n For ?... Told My Husband We Will Try U Guy's Other Locations Bcuz I ? Da?&?... I'm Guess'n Everyone Was Ready To Go ? (Rush'd)

The girls there were so nice!! Great service and really great food!!

We ordered take out for my two grand babies birthday party so we ordered 10 pizzas, breadsticks, calzone, and lots of salad and our order was barely over $100 so we were very happy for that

I got the grilled chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli we were in Fort worth. It was very good and was very close to our Motel so I really enjoyed it service was good wasn't very many people there it was about 5:00 in the afternoon so it must be a quiet place would recommend it for a good meal and reasonably priced

Service was great, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and there was good parking. I just did not care for the pizza.
It was just meh, flavorless, and boring.

We had the pepperoni and sausage pizza, it was delicious - very fresh flavor and the service was fast and courteous! Too bad we didn't taste some other dishes but all looked delicious and the salad was fresh too.
