Passing through last night and had the worst experience. Walking in there was clearly a spilled drink with just a wet floor sign. Ordered food and waiting a long time. When the employee brought our order she spilled my drink on the floor. Laughed about it only being water and never came back to clean it up! The soda was wrong, the meat on our burgers were burnt and completely wrong. They did remake them and meat was better but order still not correct. Employees had not a care in the world, nor apologized for anything. Gave up and left. Will never stop there again when passing through! Worst McD ever.

Yeah it's a McDonald's, but it's the BEST McDonald's! We were on a road trip down Rte 69 and stopped for lunch. The staff was so friendly and cheerful and our food was quick and hot and seriously, the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at! The staff behaved like a team that all-around enjoyed working together and the customer service was top-notch. After ordering, we didn't have to stand to the side and wait, we were given a numbered table Locator. Our food was brought to our table by the lady who took our order and she made sure everything was as we ordered. She also offered that we come up to the counter if we needed a refill on our drinks. And to our surprise, she came back to check on us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything else. We ate at 4 different McD's on this trip so no, this isn't something they do everywhere.

My wife and my kid went through the drive through today at the atoka McDonald's and ordered two double cheese burgers with only Mac sauce and a quarter pounder large fries and two drinks. After waiting over 20 minutes my wife went in there food was sitting around the corner getting cold. She asked if they could make the order over since it was all cold from sitting. They claimed they did but it was all still cold and the burgers were wrong . The manager in training was there by himself and was doing everything he could to help. But the food was still wrong. Should have know better not to go to this McDonald's big mistake . My wife had to go in after her food and it was still wrong. Ordered it at 12:32 and was after 1 when they got there food that was still completely wrong..

They literally got banned for me asking for a receipt. I am a truck driver. I use all of my receipts for tax purposes. I had to tell her I can take a picture of the receipt on the screen. She wrote her shoulders got mad, made noises and told me it’s not her fault that printer is broken
I’m not one to complain but this was absolutely awful. I waited in line for over twenty minutes for one item. I went inside to ask for a refund so I could get back on the road but the staff made direct eye contact with me and didn’t bother coming up to the front. Not to mention the five people behind me. Nearly every person in the back was on their phone or talking. I asked for a refund and they just handed me my food that was sitting on the counter that took nearly 30 minutes.

Cthe lady who took our order kept telling us our kids happy meals had to come with a fountain drink she wouldn’t just do no drink or even water even though we were going to be paying full price for some happy meals. Ridiculous if I don’t want a damn drink I don’t want a damn drink. And no we didnt ask for any discount.

Just paid over $3 for oatmeal for it to be a literal cup of oatmeal, should come with the fruit to add in but they were out. The person taking orders in the drive thru did not say a word and then when we asked the person handing out the food all we got was a oh we are out. No can I get you something else, would you like some apple slices ect. So we just left… I should have known to not come back after my last visit where it took me 3 times to get all my food, butter and utensils. Wont be back.
