Just paid over $3 for oatmeal for it to be a literal cup of oatmeal, should come with the fruit to add in but they were out. The person taking orders in the drive thru did not say a word and then when we asked the person handing out the food all we got was a oh we are out. No can I get you something else, would you like some apple slices ect. So we just left… I should have known to not come back after my last visit where it took me 3 times to get all my food, butter and utensils. Wont be back.

Cashed me out for the wrong car on 12-22. I got 2 mcchickens, 2 fries, an apple juice and a chocolate milk. Instead of an over ring or refund two different managers asked if I lived nearby or what I would like for the $13 difference. I only wanted what I ordered. So I got smirks and eye rolls. The 2nd manager, blonde white lady gave me $13.50 back in change and took my receipt. Went to the 2nd window to get my order for them to hand me the wrong order and me explain what happened. No communication from management to team. No apology. They hadn't read back the order and I just handed them my card. That was my fault for trusting they were watching the order of cars. First and last time to this location.

Passing thru and stopped and got the family deal. Everything was absolutely disgusting! The fries and nuggets, were not fresh and had a freezer burt taste to them. It wasn't even edible. The money I spent there ,I could of spent elsewhere. I did call and spoke to a nice gentleman, he was apologetic and said he would make the order right. I did appreciate his effort but I was already headed toward the turnpike.
The bathroom was dirty as well, I had to watch my hands twice leaving out of there.

The restrooms had old dry poop on the walls and all over the toilet paper dispenser at 10am. They should clean the restrooms at night. SMH.
