Good experience with the young lady getting me, but the food was sub par unfortunately, saddest saladlupa instead of a beef champagne, beefy 5 layer was ok all tortilla first 2 bites. Will try again at different time

We went in was completely ignored I spoke up said we would like to order and use cash please and we’re ignored again After 10-15 minutes of being ignored and drive three being theirONLY concern we went threw the drive three had our food in 5 minutes

We have gone to this taco bell 3 times the last few days all between 10pm-1:45am and everytime they are out of beef, beans and their grill has “been down” everytime… but when we go during the day it’s always working.. then when i asked how they are making fresh stuff they got mad and i left and as i was leaving got flipped off..

Cinnabons were cold in the middle and my nacho fries were very very old, i work in fast food so i know what old is. It actually made me sick that night. ***UPDATE*** the chicken quesadilla I got last week was WONDERFUL! It was HOT, FRESH, and NOT SKIMPY on the meat or sauces! 10/10
Terrible….there was NO meat or Beans in Mine or My Husband’s Burritos…we were just eating tortillas….there was Never any Staff at the front Register and then we ordered empanadas and they ran out and came and told us but didn’t want to refund us…it was so weird and awkward. But the food was just terrible…we paid $15 for 3 tortillas.

The luxe box was just as advertised and a great deal but I didn't really care for the burrito and Doritos taco although my wife really liked the chicken chalupa. We'll get the chicken chalupa again and either get crispy tacos or a bean burrito with it.
