We came in to have lunch with my family, we ordered almost $30 dollars worth of food and they charged us for water cups .20 cent a cup and they also wanted to charge for salsa that usually came with food. This is not the first time eating at Taco Mayo usually multiple locations over multiple years. The employees were rude and I didn't know who the manager was but he or she should of stepped in and said something or try to fix the little problem we had. The chicken quesaritto I ordered and ask them to grill and they wanted me to pay .75 cents just to grill a burrito for 10 seconds Really!!!?! When I received my burrito the tortilla was half ripped open so I went and got my refund but didn't refund for grilling it!!! So I don't think my family and I will go back to this franchise or definitely not this location cause it is ridiculous on how they treat customers over salsa and want to charge for little stuff which the never have before pre-covid!!! So people if you want to go to this location Taco Mayo Atoka,OK be ready to get ripped off and please share your experience with me and rest of region around Oklahoma. Thanks.

Stole my burrito and blamed it on the door dash driver. Food is good but when their Staff lies and steals food the food doesn't matter much.
The lady giving us our food was very nice and hospitable, but the food was terrible. I wish we would've just gone somewhere else on our road trip.
