Everytime I go to Arby's they mess something up and I have to get out again to get it fixed. This time I asked for sauce 3 times....get home and there's none in the bag. So got back out to go get it and by the time I got home food was cold. I guess people have no listening skills these days. Will not go back after this. Not worth it after 2 trips everytime for 1 meal.

Every time I go anything that’s fried the fries or mozz sticks never done. Had them remade still not done. Tonight was told to pull around to wait on fries. Said fries were barely room temp. No thanks

Too many options to maintain any real quality and employees seemed confused on who was to handle drive thru vs front counter and cooking. Resulting in food sitting for 8 min with an empty lobby, we almost went to bag it ourselves

Too slow, ordered online hoping it would be fast, no it took longer, got to window and saw my food sitting there for 10 min getting cold, don't know what the manger was doing but it was not work

I came through the drive-thru to grab lunch and sit in my car to eat. Once I got to my parking spot I noticed my cup of cheddar that I paid for was missing. I was about to go back around and ask for it when I noticed the very sweet lady working the drive-thru standing outside my door with the cup of cheddar in hand. She ran it all the way out to me! So sweet! My food was also hot and delicious!

Spent close to 50$ during a speacial to help out the local wrestling team but the manager didn't press the button to authorize the donation. When asked if he could fix it he could not as he was a new manager. So I will not be going back
