The only A&W I remember is at LJS in B'ville. I always stop there when i am in B'ville. A must for me. No more LJS in Tulsa. I usually buy a meal for 4 and eat for a couple of days. YUM!!

There is no better place to get you some good fish and some chips I don't have to sit on the River Bank or in some boat out in the heat and I always get a good catch try their fish and chips very delicious

This is actually an A&W Long John Silver's combo restaurant. We stopped in not knowing their dining room was closed only their drive thru was open. We walked in and first impression was it was about 90 degrees in there. We went up to use the restroom and my daughter was grossed out. Standing by the counters, everything was very dirty The area around the pop machines and was filthy . I realize the lobby was closed and probably understaffed, but I hope their kitchen was in better shape . Maybe we hit them at a bad week. We ended up going elsewhere and not going to the drive thru.

Air-conditioning was not working. I stopped in for the root beer and they had none. Very disappointed facility would have many health violations if inspected.

I just ordered 6 hot dogs but the machine was broke to cook them so they just offered to grill my hotdogs on the grill and didn't turn me away customer service was on point today

In many ways, I felt sorry for the ONLY employee I made contact with during our drive thru experience. She begged forgiveness as she told us we would need to wait a short time while she finished the "thing with the money" she was working on, not a problem as we needed a moment to decide. When she returned to the mic, she graciously apologized again, and then had to inform us that two of the items I tried to order weren't available--one was because she was waiting on a part so she could dispense root beer...AT A&W ROOT BEER/LJS!! Again, apologies for an anticipated 5 minute wait on shrimp, and a final apology 15+ minutes later when the food came out. The ONLY thing the employee missed on was that my drink was full ice, not light ice as requested. I believe there was a cook there that she called out to from the front counter, but I had no evidence of more than 2 employees. Food was acceptable...high grease, fries were mushy, and side order sizes continue to shrink.

Only the drive-thru has been open lately. They are low on staff but still working with a smile and the food is good and hot.

Tried to go through the drive thru and at 11:30 they were NOT open. Also, have gone thru several times between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and their fryers are down for cleaning. How can you be cleaning your fryers in the middle of the day? Shouldn't that be done in the morning BEFORE you open? I love LJS and considering this is the o ly one still open in the area, you would think they would be trying to stay open. I know the manager is trying her best but maybe the owner or corporate could Co e give her hand?
It's been a long time since I've been to A&W/ LJS. They didn't have some of the newer menu options from the online menu, but that's a small thing to worry about I suppose.

Drive thru for lunch and the food was hot and fresh. Friendly interaction with the staff as well.

Out of rootbeer!!! First off, we wanted to eat in the restaurant but their lobby was permanently closed for no apparent or reasonable reason. Only drive through is open. We went through the drive through and while discussing what we wanted the lady overheard me talking about their rootbeer float shakes and said they had zero rootbeer. How the hell can an A&W Rootbeet restaurant not have freaking rootbeer? This place needs major improvement or they deserve to just go out of business.

Terrible customer service the employees were rude and didn't get our order correct

Everything is usually slow and good. Sometimes the service is great or bad, but the food is consistently slow, unhealthy and delicious.
