Went for the first time, but it's definite not going to be the last, went on a Sunday afternoon close to 2pm. The lunch rush was over but the server was still on point, didn't remember her name but she made us feel at home. And I'd call what I ordered a big boy brunch. Chicken fried steak, 2 eggs sunny side up, fried taters, and biscuits and gravy all over, and didn't even have to ask for hot sauce, it's almost like she knew me when she sat down the hot...
We have been here twice in the last few weeks and we absolutely love it! The food is very good and gives the best homemade vibes. I've had the breakfast skillet with steak in it and the frito chili pie so far and they both have been so yummy. I'm a picky eater so it's hard to please me. The best part about this place is the server! I cannot remember her name but she is so bubbly and warm and extremely attentive! She is the real reason we went back for the second...
I have always loved their food but was very disappointed this time. They have really scaled back on portion size. And the piece of pie I got was more like half of one piece of pie. Price is still the same but less food. I was still hungry after I had my entire meal with dessert.
