While working in town picked up one cream for the team. Love that they offer so many flavors in half a gallon sizes.
This has got to be the worst Braum’s store. We Come here multiple times a month. Expect to wait for a very long time in drive through. Over 30 minutes for burgers.
I am a big lover of braums but this particular one disappointed me. I came in needing to use the restroom and they only had a single stall and one of their workers was in there on their phone talking to someone. I was knocking to make sure there was someone in there I had to wait 10 minutes to use the restroom I find that a bit ridiculous.
Coffee only, walk-in. Had none made, that got them 3 of 5 stars

In the market, fresh was at the end of expiration. For the food we had someone to ask what we wanted. They went to help us with the order. Second person asked what we wanted. We had them leave to get part of the order. We got our order filled by four different people. Food was decent enough acquiring the food was different.

Twice now have received rewarmed food. Cheese was still cold on burger and not melted at all. Burger patty looked like it had been sitting a while. Had also gotten french fries a few months ago that were refried rather than them making a fresh batch - french fries were hollow. Just wanted a good burger. Not going back.

You either have every table empty or packed. They seem to be very attentive to the window orders, they had 5 people waking around doing stuff but no one at the ice cream side. Of, that's on top the 3 to 4 people that you could clearly see working on taking care of the drive through.
