I’ve attempted to eat here 3 times in the past year. Every time I came for the same thing: 2 small Froyo twist cones, nothing else.

The first time we walked in, the employee behind the counter was arguing with a couple because the woman was frustrated that she watched one of the employees not wash his hands after doing something (I’m not sure what, it was chaotic) then make her milkshake. We just walked out after a few minutes, waiting and dealing with that is not worth two small Froyo twists honestly…

Second time was 3 nights ago. It was alright, the guy that made one of the twists was newer and training and handed it to me in such a way that I got a fistful of Froyo. Partially my fault too, whatever. At least he was nice.

Just went just now and watched someone, I think named Haleigh or similar, frustratingly make a sundae take 10 minutes to make. Definitely didn’t want to be there. We were next in line. An older lady came up to ask for ice cream and the worker acknowledged that we were waiting. I said “we just came for 2 small Froyo twists, that’s it.” She scoffed at me and started making the other lady’s order. Again, 2 twists is NOT worth that level of disrespect and amount of wait. So I chose to leave and write a review.

People have bad days, sure. But she was not the only employee and it was clear that her behavior was tolerated there when nobody said a single thing about it. Just go to the Southside braums, it’s nicer anyways and the customer service is significantly better.

They sale ice cream and hamburgers. Still open.

Honestly the customer service is some of the worse

They messed my order up 3 times after I explained it to them 3 times. The last time we just ate the food so they didn't have to mess it up for a fourth time.

The manager here at 230pm 11/25/25 was so nice and helpful, the card machine was having issues with my bank card, he was very helpful and I really appreciate his help and generosity, thanks again for the help!

Restrooms are very dirty, no hand towels. Ordered a chocolate shake, and it's not even a shake, very thick and more like ice cream. Won't come back to this location again.

I just ordered fries they were pretty good!

Yesterday my wife and i ate a quick lunch. My Crispy Chicken sandwich was not crispy, but tough. My wife's hamburger was just barely above room temperature and sloppy. The ice gream and milker to take home are really good.

Why do all Braum's employees hate their job? They are all just rude and angry. Walked up to order ice cream, stood there just over 12 minutes and not a single employee spoke or acknowledged us. There is one guy that works the drive-thru that is the worst. When I asked for spoons, he very rudely told me he already gave them to me and slammed the window shut. He gave us 1 spoon. There was 3 of us needing them. When you try to order they are ao busy asking questions and then talking over you when you try to answer that it's no wonder orders are wrong all the time. I have continued to go here out of convenience. However, I don't think I will be doing so any longer. If it was one thing, on one occasion, it would be different. But, it's literally every. Single. Time. There is no such thing as common courtesy or manners any longer.
