Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Why do all Braum's employees hate their job? They are all just rude and angry. Walked up to order ice cream, stood there just over 12 minutes and not a single employee spoke or acknowledged us. There is one guy that works the drive-thru that is the worst. When I asked for spoons, he very rudely told me he already gave them to me and slammed the window shut. He gave us 1 spoon. There was 3 of us needing them. When you try to order they are ao busy asking questions and then talking over you when you try to answer that it's no wonder orders are wrong all the time. I have continued to go here out of convenience. However, I don't think I will be doing so any longer. If it was one thing, on one occasion, it would be different. But, it's literally every. Single. Time. There is no such thing as common courtesy or manners any longer.

Carson is always so friendly and uses just the right amount of whipped cream!

I was pleased with the young lady that took our order. It was almost closing time when we arrived, but Trinity was pleasant and got our difficult order correct. Thank you Trinity!

Cheep prices good food

The ice cream treats are great! We love their yogurt! However, the customer service and cleanliness of associates should be a lot better. A basic acknowledgement/welcome when a customer is in line should be foundational in the service industry. Most of the associates aprons were dirty and no one was cleaning tables or sweeping the floors. Seeing grubby teenagers serving food is not appealing at all. You have a lot of loyal customers who continue to support Braum's in spite of the conditions of your stores. Please don't take quality and cleanliness for granted.

Chicken is tough and old like fried yesterday, I asked for fresh fries no salt and this is definitely a mixed batch with SALT and nasty as well!

Fantastic food and ice cream! I also love their milk and cottage cheese.

Braums ice creme is always good. Always have the double dip hot fudge Carmel Sunday. It's always delicious

The food is delicious. But customer service sucks! Wait time is ridiculous. My wife ordered extra crispy fries and got limp, warm fries. I watched an elderly customer that got passed over for younger customers. He was in line because his banana split didn't have a banana. I watched dining room staff stacking dirty dishes on each other and then placing them in the ready to use bin. Men's bathroom toilet is broke.

While working in town picked up one cream for the team. Love that they offer so many flavors in half a gallon sizes.

This has got to be the worst Braum’s store. We Come here multiple times a month. Expect to wait for a very long time in drive through. Over 30 minutes for burgers.

I am a big lover of braums but this particular one disappointed me. I came in needing to use the restroom and they only had a single stall and one of their workers was in there on their phone talking to someone. I was knocking to make sure there was someone in there I had to wait 10 minutes to use the restroom I find that a bit ridiculous.

Coffee only, walk-in. Had none made, that got them 3 of 5 stars
