The ice cream treats are great! We love their yogurt! However, the customer service and cleanliness of associates should be a lot better. A basic acknowledgement/welcome when a customer is in line should be foundational in the service industry. Most of the associates aprons were dirty and no one was cleaning tables or sweeping the floors. Seeing grubby teenagers serving food is not appealing at all. In the market, fresh was at the end of expiration. For the food we had someone to ask what we wanted. They went to help us with the order. Second person asked what we wanted. We had them leave to get part of the order. We got our order filled by four different people. Food was decent enough acquiring the food was different.
You either have every table empty or packed. They seem to be very attentive to the window orders, they had 5 people waking around doing stuff but no one at the ice cream side. Of, that's on top the 3 to 4 people that you could clearly see working on taking care of the drive through.
