Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I have found most Braum's have poor service. Their food isnt near as good as it used to be and ice cream items continue to get smaller or have less on them.

They have the most amazing grocery section and the food there is great. My favorite is the ice cream twist. The staff are friendly and competent

My grandson got a coupon for a free sundae at Braums. He wanted a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream and instead of hot fudge topping, he wanted M&Ms. I ordered it for him and the young man said he would have to charge for the M&Ms. I said that's fine. He made the sundae and I paid 54 cents. We went and sat down and discovered that it was a small scoop of ice cream with hot fudge AND M&Ms on it. More topping than ice cream. Disappointing.

Not the first time we got cherry limeade they barely put any cherry juice, 🤷🏽‍♀️ I didn’t want limeade

I ordered Braums sauce as you can see from my receipt but it wasn't put in the bag, I walked in to place this order, several workers walking around but none making eye contact and not greeting me. The little girl finally walked up to the register and looked at me, no hello, or can I help you nothing.. I placed my order and no thank you nothing she just hands me my receipt. I get the food and ask for Braums sauce and finally leave without checking the bag and sure enough no crackers, cheese or sour cream for the chilli I hate going here when the manager isn't working it's horrible.

Stopped in an had a couple different breakfast burritos. They are decent size and very good.

Dont come here unless you dont want to get everything you paid for, theyll make sure you dont! the food they remember to give you is okay though

The food was great and the Peppermint milkshake is amazing

Favorite for ice cream and chocolate milk my daughter loves the kids meal with added choc. milkshake

Needs to be cleaner.

Good burgers and fast service. Some of the employees that were just standing around when they weren't busy, could have been cleaning tables. They were mostly all dirty.

Good food and got through quickly.

I love this place but my experiences are getting worse with customer service. Unfortunately, this was the time that did it for me.I had ordered a bag of burgers which is 5 burgers.I proceeded to ask 3 of the sauces. She then opens the windows and tell me there is only one and that's all I get.. no explanation or was there any kind of offering for anything else. she shuts the window. Stunned I just left. More then likely will find a different spot to have my daily lunch.
