My grandson got a coupon for a free sundae at Braums. He wanted a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream and instead of hot fudge topping, he wanted M&Ms. I ordered it for him and the young man said he would have to charge for the M&Ms. I said that's fine. He made the sundae and I paid 54 cents. We went and sat down and discovered that it was a small scoop of ice cream with hot fudge AND M&Ms on it. More topping than ice cream. Disappointing.
There was a very polite young gentleman, named Brayden working the grocery checkout this afternoon when I was in the store.
When he saw I had 3 gallons of milk along with some more items, without hesitation, he offered to carry it out to my car. I was grateful because I had pulled some muscles in my back. I really appreciated his help and thoughtfulness. That is a fine young man. Thank you!

I had an issue checking out when the system wouldn’t process EBT. The manager Greg i believe was his name, went above and beyond. He tried multiple registers, called his GM, and when nothing worked, he personally paid for my groceries. I was honestly blown away by his kindness.
