This isin Chic fil a Bartlesville. Chic fil a food is always the best. I only gave 3 stars because of the service and atmosphere. I was order unsweet tea with flavor but no sugar but they had no idea of what I was talking about. I told them I always order it in Tulsa Ok, but they said they did not have it. I guess they didn’t know their drinks. I am posting the picture of the flavored unsweet tea with zero sugar after writing this review. Plus they asked me if I wanted sauce and I asked for Buffalo sauce and Chic fil a sauce but neither was inside the bag. The lady who handed me my order looks like the supervisor since she is wearing a gray color uniform different than the rest of them. Plus they need to smile more. None of them look happy serving people.

They have the best chicken strips I ever tasted and the service is excellent. The employees are friendly and the service is excellent .
I love this place in general, buy yesterday was the frosting on the cake. I had a group of 25 people for my wedding rehearsal dinner come in, and not only were the employees fantastic and gracious, we all got our food within 10 minutes, and not a single person had the wrong order. The owner himself helped prepare and deliver our food to us. Thank you so much, Chick-fil-A!!!!!!!

My husband and I came in this afternoon and were very disappointed by the service. We got two meals however one had a fry reward. The girl at the counter was a team member and unaware you had to ring them up seperately in order to get the deal. No big deal. Another team member comes over and tries to help and wasn’t very courteous to us at the same time while not knowing how to do it. Then a manager comes up asking what the problem is also without the nicest attitude and acts like we are the problem for wanting the reward. Then it still wasn’t resolved until they had to go get another person to cancel the items. I get a team member not knowing fully what to do but at that point it seemed like lack of training and not putting the customer first in any way. Very disappointed with Bartlesville CFA and do not recommend it.
Drive-through is two lineups pre-order and regular. You are not even using those chaos cause their staff standing outside taking your order, but they are so disorganized that they skip people in the line because there’s three of them when you finally get up to get your order it’s cold. Do not recommend this location for drive-through I would park and go in
