Handed my food and drink to someone else. So they asked me to pull up so they could hand me that same food drink instead of doing the right thing and make me a new one for my kid. Smh

Chick-Fil-A here in Bartlesville hasn’t disappointed me yet! Their food is always hot, fries always juicy, and their service is amazing! If you’re ever hungry here, come to chick! It is always a bit expensive though. It is so worth it.

This isin Chic fil a Bartlesville. Chic fil a food is always the best. I only gave 3 stars because of the service and atmosphere. I was order unsweet tea with flavor but no sugar but they had no idea of what I was talking about. I told them I always order it in Tulsa Ok, but they said they did not have it. I guess they didn’t know their drinks. I am posting the picture of the flavored unsweet tea with zero sugar after writing this review. Plus they asked me if I wanted sauce and I asked for Buffalo sauce and Chic fil a sauce but neither was inside the bag. The lady who handed me my order looks like the supervisor since she is wearing a gray color uniform different than the rest of them. Plus they need to smile more. None of them look happy serving people.
