The food was good but the service wasn’t our waitress I think her name was Zoe she was so rude and just not complying what we were asking for we asked for a refill and she had an attitude and slammed our drinks down when we asked for our check she threw the ticket book at me

Had a wonderful time and delicious food at Chillis in Bartlesville. The chicken bacon quesadillas were fabulous and so was the macaronni and cheese loaded mashed potatoes and brocolli. The service was ver fast and very
Professional. I tipped more than I usaually doVery impressive. My daughter loved her chicken sandwich Caesar salad and loaded cheese fries.♥️♥️

our experiences are always great here, until today. The manager Tim had a horrible attitude with us when we asked a question about the food. Our waitress was very sweet and kind though.

10 hours said open till 1030 called at 10:08 told them I would recall right back call back at 10:11 and they said that we couldn’t place our order because they’re closed. They said they closed their pick up orders at 10:10 even though I called and said, I would call right back

I'm sorry it took so long to leave a review. My wife and I came in with some of her football team after the game on 5/10/2025, 30 minutes before close and trying to order fast.

Y'all told us to relax and gave us our drinks. You let us stay an hour past close as welcomed guests. Thank you all so much! You made a tough loss better.

We came in right before closing after playing a late football game on 5/10/2025. The servers were very nice in letting us get orders in before the kitchen closed. Their service went above and beyond as they accomodated our large group and made sure we had time to get some food in our bellies after playing hard.

I could not recommend this location enough as they made our night. Thank you!

Review for Chili’s – Bartlesville, OK

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. My steak was not only overcooked but also so salty it was completely inedible. The loaded mashed potatoes were cold, and the enchilada soup? It literally came out of the cup in one solid piece like a molded Jell-O version of soup.

To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, Candice (the manager) and Tim (the general manager) refused to make it right because I hadn’t called back the same day despite the fact we were traveling. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous, just basic accountability and customer service. Instead, I was met with indifference and a total lack of care.

Food aside, the attitude from management sealed the deal for me — I won’t be returning.

Shout out to he Chili's team! Thank you guys for going above and beyond what was expected. Great customer service. Ordered a loaded mac and cheese, and apparently marked no toppings. Definitely a fault on my part. To ensure our meal was correct they sent one loaded and one plain. Not many places would choose to do the same. Thank you again Chili's team! Now to enjoy dinner!!
