Went for karaoke on a Friday night. Disappointed by the minimal cocktail selection (won't serve a LIT) and 10pm close time. Probably won't be returning.

We had an amazing meal and experience last night at the Price Tower restaurant. Our server, Bekki, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond answering questions about the building, menu, and chef, providing numerous recommendations for things to do around the city and other restaurants to try since they would be closed the next day, and engaging conversation. The restaurant is also underneath an art museum that we explored while waiting for our meal, and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The food was superb, and the service from Bekki provided the best service we've had in a long time!

It was nice. Food was meh. I don't think we'll be going back any time soon.

This is the menu for tonight 3/24/23. I can't say enough amazing things about dinner tonight. I really enjoyed Chef Nook's New Orleans menu tonight for my birthday dinner. It was absolutely amazing. I was extremely surprised to hear that he himself is from New Orleans! I'm one lucky girl to be able to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant. The best part of it all was it had Cajun food and I use to live in Louisiana. My hubby had steak for dinner but I had this amazing gumbo with a rice ball along with boudin balls as an appetizer. Every bite was heaven. The little bit of spice in the gumbo was amazing and reminded me of Louisiana and how much I miss it, the people and the food. The chef out did himself on dinner tonight. Man I will definitely have to come back again when you have Cajun food. It's my absolute favorite. Thank you chef for an amazing birthday dinner. I am happy to say that my hubby even loved the boudin balls. I should have ordered boudin balls and gumbo to go for a later time Valentine’s Day: Amazing experience, amazing service, amazing food. We had 4 different wines to taste Ava of course my fav was the white Muscato. The meat cheese boudin tray with baguettes was amazing and extremely filling. Chad had some chicken u0026 red beans n rice which was a huge portion. The red beans I tasted and was amazing. Shaking first time experience. Our waitress Hellen was amazing and anyways there when needed.
The food was good, the waitress was great, but waiting over an hour for 2 adult meals and a kids meal was a little ridiculous. I expected the wait time and environment to be much better for spending over $100. I can honestly say we don't plan on coming back.
Kid-friendliness: Unless your kid is patient enough to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to eat (I have a 4 year old) then I wouldn't say it's kid friendly
We had an amazing dinner here last night. The pasta Bolognese was perfection. We shared the kimchi fries, the wedge salad and the meat pie appetizers. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and delightful. Great setting, great service. One of the best dining experiences we’ve had anywhere.
I was looking forward to staying here as I am a fan of historic properties. FLW is known for form over function and this building is a good example, There are three tiny elevators - if you have more than 1 person and luggage, you won't fit. The second floor has a small museum and the floor space is so cut up that it is laughable. The room was large and spacious - nice wall of windows. There were plenty of plugs - all along the baseboards. There was no light switch near the bed, so turn out the lights and then find the bed. The design of the bed frame pretty much guaranteed that you would bark your shins getting in and out. Couldn't really take a shower as the water never got hotter than lukewarm. Whoever cleaned the shower missed a HUGE wad of hair on the back wall of the shower. As much as I want to, I cannot recommend this hotel. Stay at a chain in town, get better amenities and spend less.
This is the second "coolest" place we've ever stayed! It is a rare opportunity to stay (for a very modest price) at the FLW designed place. And Bartlesville is a quaint little place with several things to explore. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in art and architecture as a fun stay.
June 5, 2017: Fell in love with this town of Bartlesville, OK. I had a fabulous dinner and retired for the evening. The next morning I looked around town snapping pics of the fantastic and colorful bison all around the town as well as Price Tower. I even have a friend or two now in the area. Looking forward to going back one day.

TL;DR: Disappointing. Likely would not eat here again. Would not recommend for food.I generally don't like to say disparaging things about service, I understand that staffing can be an issue and many people are stretched thin, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. We were mostly ignored. Our server took a long time to take our order, didn't check on the table and was generally not too pleasant. Primarily they were talking with other servers at the bar, so it's not a matter of being busy, just very disinterested. The food was bad. At least mine was, not going to speak for the person with me. It sounds like an exaggeration but it quite literally tasted like vomit. I had the vegetable bolognese and honestly the only seasoning in it probably came from the previously-frozen veggie sausage they broke up into it. You could taste the vegetables, but that was about it, the sauce tasted like a watered down tomato paste and the overall dish was very acidic (hence the vomit flavor). The Price Tower is a wonderful building, but the decor in the restaurant was tired. There are very few efforts made to match the architecture with the wobbly tables and uncomfortable chairs.

The food was amazing, but depending on when you read this review, the chef may be different so check ahead. The bartender created a signature drink that night and it was amazing. Staff were attentive and food was well prepared. I had the steak dish and it was one of the best I've had. Would definitely go back.We stayed in a 2 story 1bed/1.5bath in the Inn. The original vibe was carried throughout the room and it was very cool. Everything looked original so do not expect "luxury" and modern. There were no USB outlets in keeping with the original time. There was a heater, iron, ironing board, and extra blankets in the closet. Each floor had a fan as well to keep air flowing on hot days. The kitchen contained a mini fridge, microwave, and ice bucket, but the only ice machine was on the bottom floor so we didn't bother. However it was still worth it. I wouldn't stay on a regular basis, but on a special event I'd stay again. The view from the tall windows was amazing and you felt like you were in an expensive penthouse. We ate a wonderful meal and then retired to our room with drinks. However, the restaurant isn't open on Sundays and Mondays so that could change your experience with dining on site. I suggest you bring a base for your USB chargers, basic amenities like snacks, and bottles of water.

The only Skyscraper realized by Frank Lloyd Wright. Beautifully done. Nice use of triangles, copper and aluminum!
We stayed at the Inn at Price Tower for my husband's birthday get away weekend. He has been a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright for years and wanted to stay in the Inn. It did not disappoint! It is a unique destination and the decor was awesome. We stayed in a two-story king suite and were very impressed. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities were great. We weren't able to eat at the restaurant on the 15th floor as it was being renovated but we did eat dinner at the Plaza restaurant on the terrace and had a delicious meal and great weather. We enjoyed our experience and definitely recommend a stay at the Inn.
Interesting Frank Lloyd Wright building built in 1956. It is basically an arts center but has a few hotel rooms. I have travelled throughout the US and Europe and all the hotels had amenities except this one. No shampoo. No tissues. No coffee. The bar of soap they gave us barely lasted the 2 days we were there. Didn’t have hot water for our first day there and the carpet in the room was stained and dirty. We ate at the patio restaurant. The food was very good. We were disappointed in our hotel room.
