I gave a poor review because of your online hours of business are incorrect. It claims that they are open until 11pm, they actually close at 10 pm. We drove a total of 40 miles round trip and found out that we only had 30 minutes to eat before they closed.

Food was terrible, they're fresh and never frozen hamburgers are like the texture of rubber. The kids had pancakes and they were undercooked and doughy. Service was subpar. I couldn't recommend to anyone or will we be coming back. Owners obviously don't care considering the amount of negative reviews that have been left and nothing changes.

Ordered door dash and didn't get house salad with meal. Asked for brown gravy got white gravy for chicken fried chicken. Wife didn't get syrup for pancakes SMH

Wheelchair accessibility: Handi cap parking up front with ramps in the sidewalks. Double doors for easy access with the widest wheel chair or other mobility equipment.

Egg was not what order, grits was not cooked all way ,hadhbrown was flashed fried . For the price I would like what I ordered. Not returning !!!!

DO NOT DOORDASH EGGBERTS. ITS PRETTY MUCH GARBAGE EVERYTIME. YOU ASK THEM TO OMIT 2 ITEMS OFF A SALAD AND THEY CANT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT. EVERY SINGLE TIME WEVE ORDERED FOOD FROM HERE ITS MISSING SOMETHING OR INSTRUCTIONS ARENT FOLLOWED. NOT WORTH THE STOMACH ACHE AND HANGER ?‍♂️

The food was wonderful as usual. But when I didn't get a box for taking home the other half of my meal I got frustrated. After waiting was still not taken care of so put down cash for my bill and left. Normally I tip 20 % or more. I think I left an extra dollar. Don't ignore old women! We make our own money and value our time.

Used the online order tonight. Order was suppose to be ready at 6:52. Looked like it went through And the payment cleared my account. Husband goes to get it on time. He had to show them the email confirmation twice. They tried to give him another persons order 3 times. They gave nothing but excuses of the computer being backed up. He gets home at 8:00 (we're about 15 mins away) and the order is wrong. I call and there's no manager there. We shouldn't have to go back to get the correct food. I said I want a refund and told I'd have to call back the next day Abd talk to a manager about it unless the app would let me refund it myself(seriously??) And it was not even busy. I did receive a call back saying they went in & refunded it. Who knows if they did. Really not happy with the excuses I got.

Food was excellent...possibly the BEST fish sandwich I've ever eaten! Service was outstanding, too!
