We have ordered Freddy's through the app for delivery and our order is always missing our shakes and no way to get this corrected. The first time we did it through Door Dash and was told not much to be done.

Please make sure the delivery people have the full order, or a way we can modify a tip for an incomplete order, or some way to make sure we get the complete order

Food is always fresh at every location. Like, seriously, you never get a burger or fries that have sat there for Lord knows how long. It. Is. Fresh..... Every time!! And their custard is so stinkin' good!

We pulled through with a family of 6 with a GIANT order. They listened closely, never got confused on our order, repeated it back to us PERFECTLY. Our order was over $100! They had our food out to us within a matter of minutes and didn't make one mistake!! Food, drinks, ice cream for all 6 of us. The man who seemed to be the manager was very friendly and talkative, SO nice! Way to go Bartlesville Freddy's!! You did an AWESOME job!!

Right when I walked in it had a very unpleasant smell, then I ordered my food and after ordering I went to get a drink then they told me they are out of the pretzel buns so I just got a regular bun then I ate maby 3 bites out of my burger and it's was not very good at all, made me feel sick and I could eat any more

Im lucky in the fact that every freddy's ive been to in different towns, I have a satisfying meal, they have managed to stay consistent, at each store that I've visted,real beef , beef hotdogs are excellent, chili and cheese as well,the size of the fries don't bother me and they taste good,onion rings are delicious, patty melt, I've had just about there whole menu at one time or another,custard,all have been good for me at time of visit,prices no worse than others,good job!
