Hideaway Pizza

We've eaten at other locations but I don't think we've ever been to this one in Bartlesville. The food was top notch! We got a large hand tossed half Capone and half Cimarron. We split a salad. The food was delicious and the service was spot on. Everything was great and we would definitely return if we're ever in the area.

Food was good. The biggest regret we have about eating at this location was our server had extreme long dreads, making us question if out food was going to be good. To top that off the server was extremely rude. Hopefully next time will be better.

Restaurant wasn't busy, basic pizza and order of meatballs takes forever. Waitress never checks to see how anything is, never says anything about the food taking forever.

We ordered a gluten free pizza because my fiance has celiacs, she's having a serious reaction and has had nothing else to eat today. Our server Heather gave us terrible service and we had to get up and go get her for the check. When I called to complain about the serious medical episode they've caused us, I spoke to the manager Brian. He claimed he reviewed the footage and it was gluten free. I doubled downed and said "it was not gluten free" to which he replied "oh well actually it did bump the pepperoni on the line" which was a lie. He then tried to blame us saying we should've ordered a clean cut when I criticized his employees training. Furthermore, our ill grandmother is also a celiac and ate a slice believing it was gluten free, she is not in a position where she can handle this reaction. I've contacted corporate and seriously hope that they take real action on this issue. Terrible, dangerous, and dishonest staff.

This evening we tried to eat there, turned our name in, we were told it would be quick as they were just waiting on people to leave so we waited & waited. Two other parties came in after we arrived and they were both seated while we continued to wait. There were two empty tables still open when I asked the hostess about getting seated. At this point she was cleaning a table for 4 off, didn’t offer it to us either. The hostess told us the two late arrivals were bigger parties so they were seated. We witnessed her telling another host to keep the booth open for a party of six people. She was rather unkind & spoke in a rude tone. During other visits here we didn’t encounter such unpleasantness. We hope this will not be their new norm.

I really enjoyed the food. Which is the reason we went to Hideaway Pizza, to eat. It's the type of delicious that leaves you wanting more but you're too full to eat anymore.

Our food was OK. The 50/50 was fried in old oil. The Aporkolips tasted old or it had been sitting for a while. Parking is always a nightmare. The waitress was really sweet and attentive.

Was visiting for work and was within walking distance of hotel. Food was great. Beer was good. I sat at bar and service was just as great. Linda (only bartender today), did an amazing job and taking care of bar and rest of restaurant ( about another 50 people). Hats off to her. I may need to be back next week and will definitely come back

Quite honestly, this location can be a hit or a miss. Sometimes, the food is great, and other times, it's at best, okay. The wait staff can be alright. Some have an attitude, and it shows.
