Placed order @11:34am and @ 12:12 still no order. They are normally quicker then that! Very disappointed this time!! No lunch today!!
Three strikes, you're out! All bread, hardly anything in-between! There was literally ONE slice of turkey! I don't know how they stay in business.
Food was great. Works weren't very friendly though.
The staff were friendly and the sandwiches were excellent. Definitely will go back! This is a good alternative compared to Subway.

Received our order from JimmyJohn’s and the sandwich was horribly small, called and was told it was an issue with the bread proofing machine!!!! Their problem becomes my problem, pay full price for something and get half the sandwich!!!! Plus bread was not fresh crusty on the bottom!!!! Call the store and speak with a manager that laughed in my face on the phone when I said I don’t agree paying full price for half a sandwich!!!! I order from here at least once a week but will be taking my business elsewhere, not the first issue I’ve had with this location so goodbye to Jimmy John’s!!!!! I’ll spend my hard earned dollars elsewhere!!!!!
Food is always good but this time it was soaked in oil and very messy.

While I had a not so pleasant experience tonight (waiting 2 hours for delivery because they ran out of bread), I was very pleased that they were willing to give me a refund at my request AND still delivered the food... eventually. Thanks for doing right by your customers.
Decent food but horrible service. Bought a small Tuna sub for $10, no veggies but 1 squirt Ranch Dressing, please. No can do. Company policy prohibits Ranch Dressing on anything but wraps. The Bartlesville manager refused to budge and didn’t care when told this would be posted online. Bad decision. Bad service. Bad way to treat cash customers. Very, very disappointing. Never going back!! Still can’t believe manager was so ignorant of basic customer service.
