They keep making you go thru the drive thru and circling around multiple times until your pizza is ready even though you've ordered it an hour ago?

On July 12th, 2025 my son went in to your restaurant to order some pizzas and was watching how the employees were handling all the extra crazy madness due to no water in town. He said the employees handled themselves with professionalism in the midst of a very crazy evening while handling lots of rude customers. Both our pizzas tasted great and so did our crazy bread. We will be ordering again!

I had to wait at the window for a lengthy about of time to be waited on. The pizza was horrible. I personally will not go back.

I’ve gone to this Little Caesars a few times before. I personally have never had their food but my brother really likes it (it’s Little Caesar’s lol, what can you really expect). The one problem I have is how long the drive through takes. One time, me and my family went to the drive through to get their crazy puffs (again, little brother loves them), we ended up waiting 45 minutes right outside of that drive through window. There was one other car behind us, and my mom said she saw his crazy puffs sitting on a counter in the kitchen for a good 20-30 minutes of our wait. Overall, my advice is to order online (you get your food WAY quicker).

Long day at work and was a bit stressed out. I was having trouble with the app but Archie was able to help me get the deal I wanted to work. He took the time to understand what I did wrong and was patient. I appreciate this whole heartily.

**attention delivery drivers(GrubHub, Door Dash, etc)**

If you are a driver and try and pick up an order at this location, be prepared to automatically be treated like a second class citizen. You will also be assumed to be a thief and talked down to.

I got an order from GrubHub, I attempt to use the empty drive thru as im only customer at location at 11:12am. After waiting 5 minutes, I get help by older male employee who proceeds to tell me that if I'm GrubHub I have to come inside, that's the rule. (Haven't heard this rule on the 3-4 deliveries I've done here but ok...)

I park and pull in, I ask for the order from same employee. Surprise! It's not ready!(Almost like he was making a bs rule up to hide this), when I question why he didn't just say this in the drive thru instead of wasting my time, immediately guy starts talking down to me about how us drivers make it bad for them and these rules are in place to prevent us stealing stuff from their lobby when we pick up orders...

I then ask for order again, he keeps trying to defend his place and the rule.

I ask for food again and tell him I'm done with the conversation.

I get order, guy keeps going and even offers to get manager to tell me it's a real rule so I call his bluff and tell him to get the manager.

Poor lady comes from back looking bewildered, guy keeps going on about the rule.

I explain I just wanted the order, I don't care about an imaginary rule only he has when he's behind on orders. He brings up again how drivers are thieves and they gotta protect the front of store as it comes out of their backend

So I reply...so if your so worried about us delivery drivers stealing stuff in your store...why not use the drive thru window and keep us in the car?

What a waste of time.
