The manager on duty yesterday saved the day for this teacher. I called in a panic because when I went to pick up a pre-order from another pizza chain, they informed me someone should have called me because they couldn’t have my order ready until 6:00 and I needed it at 5:00 to feed 22 students at a choir festival. I had 15 minutes to figure out something to do because their dinner break was only 5:15-6:00. I called LC and he immediately said they could take care of us! They went to work, I drove over there and only had a wait a few minutes for some fresh, hot delicious pizza! He was so personable and fun and was taking care of 10 things at once. He made sure I got my order as soon as possible and even threw in some crazy bread bc I had such a rough time with the “other” pizza chain. I can’t thank this LC location enough for saving the day for this teacher and hungry singers!!! Thank you!

I placed a order last nigh January 28 to be picked up the next day. However, I got busy with my baby and family and forgot that I've placed an order that was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up 40 minutes late and as soon as I walked in the door the main guy in the front ask for my name and I answer it was me. He then told me that I'm always late every time I pick up my pizza and that he almost threw my pizza away. My pizza was out of the pizza portal warmer for 40 minutes and was cold. I apologized and say I forgot I placed an order but I thought it was rude for him to say that to a customer the moment they walk in. Not only that the past previous two times that I've order there was two pieces of hair inside the pizza stuck between the cheese!!! I'm not the kind to throw a fit or make a scene so I just let it slide but this time I thought it was rude of him to say that he almost threw my pizza away and that I'm always LATE!! first of all I'm never late like he says all the previous times. Second of all, it was rude to say that to a customer!! Get better customer service please!

I get being short staffed and an occasional call not being answered, but to stand right by the window and not acknowledge someone outside is rude. Ended up going somewhere else.

It's hot it's ready it's pizza can't be that hard. I will say this location only had one guy working the counter, drive through window and cooking. He still served me fast and was nice.
Drive thru closed. Hot n ready not ready. Was waiting on 1 cheese to be made while my peps where ready. Then they sold the peps to lady behind me making me wait long for peps to cook. Asian guy in civilian clothes not professional at

Pizza has been downhill lately. Its not consistent. This time the crust was too thick & there wasn't enough cheese. I just pulled the tops off & ate some of the crust.The sausage was more up to par but, not fresh.

I just went in to get pineapple Pepsi if they had it. There was no one up front when I went in, but they did have a bell on the door notifying employees that a customer had entered. I got the sodas out of the fridge, went to the counter and waited. I waited quite a while and finally called out to let them know I was there. No response so I opened and closed the door again. I waited some more and was just about ready to leave when someone finally came out to help me. I was the only customer, no other customer was there even in the drive-thru.
