Honestly, a long time coming, I'm glad they closed. One time I tried coming here for lunch and the lady told me "drive thru" only and I was far from where I wanted to take it at and basically brushed me off at the drive-thru. And was always slow at getting food ready. I can honestly live without them. They were rude, slow, and sometimes even a wrong order when it WAS done

They refuse to do their jobs! They are required to be open during the hours that are CLEARLY POSTED on the door, yet the door was locked, and they refused to open it! I called their phone, the manager answered, and she said she refused to open the door, but the drive thru is open. I said I refuse to use the drive thru, you are required by law to be open during these hours, it is only 5PM, and there is no sign on the door that says you are closed! Without a sign you are NOT ALLOWED to lock the door within these hours! She still refused and she hung up on me. The manager needs to be fired for being too lazy to do her job!!!

Good is pretty good. Service is bad. Seems like they're short staffed. Drive thru lady told everyone it would be 20 minute wait. Several drove off.

We stopped to eat at your restaurant. Despite the sign on the door stating open Lobby hours, the doors were locked, making the drive thru the only option. No offense, but your food is to messy to eat in on our vehicle. We opted to take our bussiness some place else. We were one of two cars that drove off your lot, taking our money with us instead of leaving some with you.

If any LJS should have closed it. Is this location. The tulsa locations were friendly, cleaner and better kept. This one will not answer the phone. They also do not have dinning open when EVERYWHERE has dinning open post covid world. The parking lot and building are very run down. Wait time in the drive thru is 20+ minutes. Last time I had a good experience was before covid. So 3+ years ago. I don't know why I keep trying

Parking: Parking is unnecessary when it's drive thru only. And terrible asphalt. Needs redone.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair is awful. It's got a wrap drive thru amd parking is far from building I would have to be handicap and go here.

We Wanted to go eat there 2 days ago, but only the drive thru was open. Didn't order because I didn't want to eat in the car. It was disappointing

The food at this location is fine but the service has become the most laughable thing I’ve ever seen. First they try to convince you it’s going to take to long to place an order and have it made. If you continue with an order they are so hateful to you and remind you each item will take twelve minutes to make. Continue ordering and they just get nastier about it.Seriously if this is a corporate store someone needs to come see what is going on. If it’s that much trouble to serve anyone then just close!

5 employees sitting inside by drive thru window and none would get up to take an order and they had the lobby closed and it was early! Sorry Service!

The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our food was delivered in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. I’m from Florida, where most of the Long John Silver’s have closed near me, so it was a joy to see one out here in Oklahoma during my visit and discover the quality and taste is still top quality

Once again we waited in the drive thru just to be told they don't have enough food for a 16 piece dinner. 3rd time. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes before they even started talking the car in front of us. I guess she was too busy talking boxes to her car to be bothered by customers. It was going to be take-out and about 40.00 total. But she didn't even know how long it would take to cook some chicken. Then she stopped talking to us on the speaker. I waited 2 minutes then said hello 4 times before she said hello back. I can't believe a great food place that's been here for decades is gone. Corporate needs to clean house and fix this poor restaurant.

Out of lemon juice cocktail sauce !!!! Fish dripping in oil hot and fresh but greasy sister fish they said that’s why they’re so small because how they cut it! fries old waiting for 27 min only 3 cars in drive thur. Do not go here please corporate correct this store!!!! Only fish place we have here.

Paid $51 for 3 meals drinks are separate so you get a side with fish or chicken. My mom ordered the 2 chicken and one fish meal and received 2 fish and no chicken. It was cold also. We were passing through so wasn't worth the gas going back for them to correct their mistake. Won't go back.

The fish was too thin, the chicken was to small, but the shrimp was great.

Food was great but other restaurants have better fries although I still get them. Staff was friendly enough and I have a short waiting time every time I go.
