The buffet is good! Many puzza options, but the real winner is the salad bar! It has everything!

We went there a few weekends ago, and had 3 people in front of us in line. One was ordering for a party, about 5 pizzas or less. When they ordered the person running the kitchen freaked out. Mind you, there is no one else in the restaurant, and they were not busy. She then started yelling that wait time was 30 minutes. The people in front of us ordered 2 kids pizzas (smaller then a small pizza), and 5 boneless wings. She then started yelling it would be an hour wait time. Then 1 more order came in, for 2 salad bars. She then sticks her head out the kitchen window to the dinning room and said wait time is now an hour and a half. The people looked at the person running the register and asked if there was really an hour and a half wait for a salad bar... And he said no.

At that point we had no ability to wait that long to feed our 1 year old. Honestly, I understand restaurants get busy, but that was so poorly ran. And it felt like the person running the kitchen was just freaking out that anyone was ordering. We will likely not be back to this location.

Just don't order online. It said 20 minutes when I ordered online and when we showed up 25 minutes later, it was still 20 minutes. Which tells me they never paid attention to the online order and started making it when we showed up to pick it up.

Other than that, love Mazzios pizza.

I order the Italian hoggie last night so that i could have food for work today. I specifically requested NO ONIONS AND NO PEPPERCHINS BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC! GUESS WHAT? ONIONS AND PEPPERCHINS ALL ON MY FOOD! Can yall seriously not do your job?!! When it says NO IT MEANS NO DO NOT PUT THAT ON THERE!

Everytime i order from them, they forget something.They have got skimpy on their pizza and other ingredients. Once was a good pizza place, now mediocre.

We went for lunch buffet. There was no pizza! It took about 10 mins for 2 pizzas and they were gone. I asked for the salad to bowl to be replaced it was empty and you tought i was asking for a heart. The look I got.

Amy the manager is the worst manager I have ever seen. No food on the buffet. I got screamed at from her and a kitchen worker. Totally inappropriate. Restaurant was only and falling apart. Salad Bare was as bare as a desert. Horrible experience. Will not return because of manager Amy.

Went in to get a lunch buffet today and the little old lady behind the counter told us no because the buffet ended at 1:30 (we walked in at 1:25) and then she proceeded to raise her voice and get an attitude when we tried to apologizing for not knowing when the buffet ended. Then proceeded to keep yelling at us as we were trying to walk out of the restaurant. Tried to call the store to tell someone and the phone was disconnected. I have never had a good experience with mazzios whether it’s hair in my food or terrible service or just food that doesn’t taste good in general this place is a total joke

I went with a coworker for lunch and was very disappointed. The salad bar was pitiful looking with several items empty, the salad was the same almost empty on both ends with wilted salad. The place was dirty and not many clean tables we're available, we were shocked since it was noon (lunch time). The pizza reminded me of little Ceasars with very little toppings and mostly crust (bread). There was a line of people waiting for pizza because they couldn't keep up during a lunch. I will not go back to this location, this isn't the Mazzios I grew up with and $12.82 for this is definitely not worth it.

Stopped at this specific pizza place to eat. Get in there and fixing to order and the girl at front says we close at 10pm she didn't want us to eat in and we got there at 9:15pm..
