What is going on in here? The wait times are insanely long. You will stand at the front counter for several minutes before someone even walks up. Customer service definitely needs some improvement here.

Everytime i order the big ranch i get charged but it never makes it to my house.l, and just tonight when i ordered for myself and my two kids, both of my kids pizzas had 2 to 3 pieces missing.. Paying over $12.99 per pizza and has missing pieces. Hmmmm

I love the cauliflower crust fresh veggie pizza with chicken and no sauce and cheese on top please... Well done, done well.

I use to come here all the time and use the pick up lane and now I won’t be returning. I use to never have a issue with ordering now each time I go my food is no where to be found(after I paid for it at the window and told to pull up and wait”). 2 weeks ago I came ordered online came to pick up was told about 15 mins, pulled up waited 20, drove back around, still another 15, pulled up waited, finally I went back around and the guy told me “we’re not sure what even happened with your order” after I waited 50 mins. Never had these issues before. Today I went same thing ordered online etc. I pull up like the lady said and sat there for 15 mins and she never came to bring me my order. I go back through the drive through and get my food which had been sitting on the warming shelf the 1st time I pulled through and it was old and nasty. Wasn’t even worth the wait to have it remade or the hassle to get a refund. Idk if it’s new staff but the staff is HORRIBLE NOW. Very lazy and no one seems to even care to apologize.

Came here with 3 people to do the lunch buffet right at 12 o'clock, and we waited over 30 minutes for them to actually place Pizza out for the amount of people that they had in the building, they never kept up with the demand of people getting a lunch buffet, so we ended up getting a refund and leaving the restaurant only got to eat a salad. No Pizza whatsoever, very disappointed in this store.

Placed an online order waited until it was 5 mins left till pick up arrived waited an additional 20 mins just to be told my order hasn't even been started! I exhausted my entire lunch break waiting on an order I placed prior to going on lunch!

Pizza was not great. Thin and very greasy. Friendly staff and a good salad bar

Had to go ask where my calizone was. They had forgotten to cook it. Had to wait 45 minutes for food.

The buffet is good! Many puzza options, but the real winner is the salad bar! It has everything!

We went there a few weekends ago, and had 3 people in front of us in line. One was ordering for a party, about 5 pizzas or less. When they ordered the person running the kitchen freaked out. Mind you, there is no one else in the restaurant, and they were not busy. She then started yelling that wait time was 30 minutes. The people in front of us ordered 2 kids pizzas (smaller then a small pizza), and 5 boneless wings. She then started yelling it would be an hour wait time. Then 1 more order came in, for 2 salad bars. She then sticks her head out the kitchen window to the dinning room and said wait time is now an hour and a half. The people looked at the person running the register and asked if there was really an hour and a half wait for a salad bar... And he said no.

At that point we had no ability to wait that long to feed our 1 year old. Honestly, I understand restaurants get busy, but that was so poorly ran. And it felt like the person running the kitchen was just freaking out that anyone was ordering. We will likely not be back to this location.

Just don't order online. It said 20 minutes when I ordered online and when we showed up 25 minutes later, it was still 20 minutes. Which tells me they never paid attention to the online order and started making it when we showed up to pick it up.

Other than that, love Mazzios pizza.

I've always liked mazzios,if the help is good this place is hitting on all cylinders,good pizza,fries,wings,bread sticks etc,
