Good food, good place, love the orderingnsustem on the app. Sit at a table, order, and wait for delivery. No interaction beyond thank you. Perfect. 4 on atmosphere because it is freezing inside with the aircon too low, and the music was a 20 minute long song by some autotuned modern acr that my wife informed me after was actually multiple different songs that were finally offensive to anyone with more than twenty years of life under their belt. Otherwise, love this place. Best sandwich on the menu is the pastrami and Corned beef.

I like the fact they have such a big variety or food. The choose 2 is a great way to get two different items. Portions are kinda small for the price. Service is fast and always friendly.

I ordered the berry salad with chicken and a cup of soup. The lettuce was so bad, that I didn’t eat it. Some had black streaks on it and all was wilted and tasted old. If you are a deli and serve soup and salad, the lettuce should be fresh. I ate my soup and left the salad uneaten. Very disappointed in this restaurant, I won’t be back.

Last night I went to this location to place an order for my entire volleyball team. When I arrived the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager on duty (September 7th at 7:30pm) was AMAZING. She wasn’t sure they had enough potatoes as I was ordering but took the time to go look and hold them for me as I got through my order. When the food came out she had taken the time to put each individual order in its own bag. This made the passing out process so easy, they were labeled and packed with there side. Not a single order was wrong. I ordered 16 orders and everything was perfect. I cannot express how hard it is to order for 16 girls and have everything come out without a problem. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. She even gave us a bag of cookies to share. It was the most simple and straightforward to go I have ever done. Thank you so much for your help and dedication.

Food is delicious, but I was given a cup of moldy fruit as a side. We normally really enjoy it here, so when ordering to-go we didn’t think to check the quality of our orders till we got home. Disappointed in the lack of accountability or effort from the employees to do their job.

I’m just lost for words. It wasn’t the best McAlister I’ve had. This place just feels weird. The food comes out way too fast like MICROWAVE is the option they use to make or heat food. My kiddos receive their meals and their plate was mainly empty with a cup of mac n cheese or pizza. Won’t be back here.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Everything tastes like pre-made, cheap boxed garbage. Apparently the tea is a big deal, but I've had better from gas stations.
