Why do they make you pull up to wait on your fast food??? Evrytime. Garbage service. 10 min for 2 dblcheese and fries. I was the 2nd car.... Fast food is trash.

I am attaching 2 pictures of the 2 large orders of French fries I just purchased! One is more than half empty, and the other is half empty. They didn't spill into the bag. This is not acceptable! Especially when everything is so expensive! I am mot happy!

I mean it's McDonalds. But as far as McDs goes, I do think this is the best one in Bville. Sometimes the service can be a little weird but that's to be expected in fast food. Management seems to be doing a good job & staff is friendly.

I realize it’s just Mcds…. I just done know how people keep their jobs when I’m smiling and being super nice as if I’m the one at work…. And a teen acts as if she’d rather spit at me than have to be there. It’s so awkward like I’m a chump for coming here, I realize ….. so awkward. I don’t know how these kids are gonna make it in the world with such embarrassing work ethic. I started at Braum’s as a teen; I get it…. But i always had fun wherever i was. They’re social zombies these days. 🤷

They only have one job and they never get it right on the what part of please make sure you toast my English muffin that didn't understand cuz I said it very clearly not only was it not toasted they didn't even attempt to toast it I'm over the profit over people mindset of all these people in this world in this day and age I know that

The last four times in a row I have ordered from this McDonald’s there has been an issue. Either they do not bring out my mobile order and I have to go in after 15 minutes of waiting and have cold food. Or our food is made wrong all together.

Tried to eat here but after 15 mins waiting in the drive thru to order, I did what every one else did and just drove off. Good luck ordering here
I had a big order, big family, we used drive through. 3 baskets of fries with large fry order, baskets were less than half full, large fry cup was half full. No paper towels and no ketchup. The sandwiches ordered was great, but the $20 worth of fries was wasted money. Lesson learned.
