I ordered with the app and headed straight to the restaurant. When I got there, there was 3 cars in front of me. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window, just for them to tell me to park in a spot and they would bring it out to me. We waited another 20 minutes while other cars (behind us) in the drive thru were getting their food and leaving. I only ordered 2 six peice nugget happy meals and I don't understand why it took over 30 minutes after I arrived at the store, to cook this. Not to mention that the fries were soggy, not fresh, like they were cooked first and just sat there while waiting on the rest. Why order in advance if it's going to take so long. I thought I was "skipping the line."

This is another case of the Nichols Corporation not caring about the service. 3rd order in a row where my order was wrong.Burgers were sloppily put together. Fries were cold even though I had to wait on my food. Service was about friendly as a wet mop.Save your self the trouble and head to Whataburger.
Fries had no salt, missing a burger, and a soda while all dining in mind you. All asked for once noticed but still low effort service.
