My first visit to this location was in February of 2020. It was during the buffet hours of 11am to 1:30 pm and I was so impressed. The pizza was extraordinary, the place wasn't too busy at all, no screaming kids or annoying teens. Just perfect and I couldn't wait to come back (I live 30 minutes to the west in Pawhuska).
A month later COVID-19 hit and completely changed the way we go out or I should say, don't go out to dine.
Flash forward to 2022 when things finally went back to normal, I called this location to verify that they were doing buffet again and sadly, they weren't. I called again later that summer and they were still just a dine-in and carryout place.
It's now October of 2024 and I assume they're still not doing buffet. Such a shame because Mazzio's (which is far inferior in the quality of their pizzas) is killing it in terms of business since they still do the lunch buffet. Not sure why this place is still open since you only see one or two cars in the parking lot at any given time of the day.
Parking: There's an abundance of parking since nobody eats here.

We got the pan crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and it was so delicious. The cheese to pepperoni ratio was perfect. The crust was buttery, and the perfect amount of crisp on the edges was the cherry on top. We also ordered the 10 piece mini Cinnabons, they were still warm after we finished our pizza. It was hard not to go for a 3rd!

Smelled like my childhood and the customer service was absolutely fantastic ?
I should have known better to let my 8 year old pick where to eat after him behaving so we'll after a 10.5 hour drive. What can I say it's FN Pizza Hut. When did a large pizza start costing over 25$, anyways the order taker was a young pretty woman, it makes the long wait a little better. They charged me for some marinara sauce.It was super clean and empty.

Parking: The parking lot sucks. Every entrance from the main road is horrible, potholes, bumpy. I'm always afraid I'm going to scrape the bottom or pop a tire pulling in. Its a little dangerous
