I stood in the lobby for several minutes without anyone being at the counter to greet me when I walked in, FINALLY the young man making pizzas noticed me and told Adara I was there. I ordered 8 piece wings with ranch. They were the absolute worst wings I've ever had, They were cold & the tiny bit of sauce was in the very bottom of the container, worse than McDonald's if that tells you anything. I also wish I'd known they charge $1.98 for two SMALL ranch cups that should be included. I will NEVER go back here, you can get better food and customer service at QT. There was also no fork and not a single napkin in the bag, I wonder if Adara eats wings with ranch with no fork or napkin?!

It’s become a little tradition to get some Pizza Hut for the fam after one of my kiddos game day, but recently I’ve tried to avoid it. My kids miss it and I’m hoping bringing this to light can bring some action so we can continue our tradition.
Last time I was in the store there was some very uncomfortable and inappropriate conversations going on. I would hate for my kids to overhear the things that were being said and think it’s okay. They tried being hush about it and making jokes, but I could still overhear. Not the type of establishment I want to be giving my money to.
Josh, Jeff, Marilyn… please do better. If that can’t be a safe environment for employees, I don’t want to imagine how little respect they have for us strangers who come in to purchase.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences at this Pizza Hut location. The atmosphere feels extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable — I’ve personally overheard inappropriate conversations and unkind remarks from two older male employees speaking negatively about their coworkers.
As a customer, it’s upsetting to witness that kind of behavior in a workplace. No one should have to work in an environment that feels toxic or disrespectful, and management really needs to take this seriously.
This kind of harassment and gossip in the workplace is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the entire company. I hope Pizza Hut leadership looks into this and makes real changes to ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all employees.

Been here almost 30 min for a GrubHub order for 1 large supreme. Was in drive thru for 10min, it never moved so I parked and went inside. Was told since I'm a GrubHub I'll get passed because they have "real" customers. So I stood here watching manager intentionally push my customers order further and further back because other bigger orders were more important.
Manager would then send an employee to front to give me "updates" like "it's in the oven! Or "it's coming right up" meanwhile I'm listening to their conversations and can hear how they haven't even started mine and laughing about "pood GrubHub"

Did a mobile order, great it’s easier for them. Except my mobile order was placed at 5:30 was ready for pick up via app at 6:01. It’s currently 6:33 and I am INSIDE I’ve only been spoken to once and once was “let me go find your order” yeah she disappeared never came back. To add to the factor. Another couple was here and they had been here since 5:57. This is ridiculous, it’s not even busy in here. Phone rang twice, only us and another couple inside. Asked for an update got an excuse “I’ve got a cook and yeah” to be exact. I love vague answers.
Finally got the food 6:57 They put it in the warmer I asked if it was for Joshua everyone ran away except one guy said “yes it was” everyone ignored him so I said it out loud again. They ignored me. But got home. Pizzas cold missed over half of the game. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.
