Been here almost 30 min for a GrubHub order for 1 large supreme. Was in drive thru for 10min, it never moved so I parked and went inside. Was told since I'm a GrubHub I'll get passed because they have "real" customers. So I stood here watching manager intentionally push my customers order further and further back because other bigger orders were more important.
Manager would then send an employee to front to give me "updates" like "it's in the oven! Or "it's coming right up" meanwhile I'm listening to their conversations and can hear how they haven't even started mine and laughing about "pood GrubHub"

Did a mobile order, great it’s easier for them. Except my mobile order was placed at 5:30 was ready for pick up via app at 6:01. It’s currently 6:33 and I am INSIDE I’ve only been spoken to once and once was “let me go find your order” yeah she disappeared never came back. To add to the factor. Another couple was here and they had been here since 5:57. This is ridiculous, it’s not even busy in here. Phone rang twice, only us and another couple inside. Asked for an update got an excuse “I’ve got a cook and yeah” to be exact. I love vague answers.
Finally got the food 6:57 They put it in the warmer I asked if it was for Joshua everyone ran away except one guy said “yes it was” everyone ignored him so I said it out loud again. They ignored me. But got home. Pizzas cold missed over half of the game. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

Just ordered a pizza for delivery and it was here is a very short time and extremely hot. I believe it was delivered hotter than the ones we get at the restaurant in our area. GREAT

Fast preparation, great flavor and the temperature was still hot when I arrived back home 10 minutes after picking up the order.
It's the product we all know. New location. Nice and well maintained. Drive through available.
Vegetarian options: Your pie the way you want your pie.
Dietary restrictions: They would do their best to keep your pizza away from ingredients you don't want. Allowing the items side by side in the construction area is standard for all pizza restaurants.
Parking: New strip mall location. Nice and cleanRestroom ? available to customers. It's probably nice to be a customer when making a deposit from a previous meal.
Kid-friendliness: Well, it's a take-out location. They do have a drive-thru that's open during peak times.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, or they would most happily bring it out to you if the drive thru isn't available at that time
The Southern Bartlesville, Oklahoma location is awesome. They are so much better than the location downtown Bartlesville- and if we want pizza delivered, our only option is to order from the Downtown location which we would rather drive 20 15 minutes to pick it up- Downtowns pizza is lousy and i don't know what they do, but its never been good
