First time eating here, and it was AMAZING!!!!. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Wish they were in Florida. The register girl was so nice.

We got the Pick 2 combo and the Roast beef sub with dip. The food was good and the portions were so so. I felt like it was a little expensive but all in all it I would order again. My only complaint is that the food was cold. The half california pizza specifically was cold. The roast beef sandwich was wonderful but also a bit cold.

Dry bread, very little meat, non responsive employee and the food mediocre at best. The French dip au jus was disgusting. For one meal and a single sandwich we spent $27. Had to throw out the French dip shared the other sandwich. Not happy

This Schlotzsky's has it going on! Friendly crew! Food is always fresh and delicious 😋 the inside and outside are always clean.

Wheelchair accessibility: 2 handicap spots and ramps to the doors. Doors are not automatic.

Can't really hit the atmosphere but I will because of this. I ordered a original deluxe NO TOMATO ! Now tell me how this happens. I get two half's of (an obviously made ahead) sandwiche. I get half a tomato on one half and(head scratchingly), not the other half on the same sandwiche. Idk, but if half is on one and not the other, what had happened was????( no one will ever know!!!)

It was my first time eating here, and I got the French Onion Dip Sandwich. It was good, but not my preference. There was nothing wrong with the food, as it was nice to try it. My husband and boys love this place, and I can see why. The sandwiches are yummy, quality, and pretty large. Half the sandwich filled my belly.

Definitely want to come back and try something else.

We both got soup and the cups weren't even half full. If you put your spoon in it by standing it up it didn't even reach halfway on the curved part of the spoon. It was good but you felt like you didn't get a full portion.

Went to schlotskis for lunch, ordered a med roast beef and cheddar. 15 min later it's the wrong sandwich...so we wait another 20 minutes and ...it's the right sandwich ,wrong size.The manager Josh made sure to take the 1st wrong sandwich,as if we were pulling some scam ,by them making the wrong sandwiches....another 20 damn minutes later we get our sandwich,right kind ,right size. Decide we had been in schlotskis long enough so we take the sandwich home.Finally get to eat lunch and there was about a whole salt shaker of salt on the sandwich.Cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism,and it was all their doing .train your cashier's to take the orders right maybe,train the managers to have some customer service .Schlotskis you owe me a refund.If I could rate you a negative 5 starts I would.
