First time here with my husband and son. Food was terrible. Rice was scorched and crunchy. Pretty sure me, my husband and son all have food poisoning from the Hibachi. Just 10min after leaving restaurant, we all felt terrible and been having digestive issues. Will never come back.

Had the hibachi dinner ribeye and shrimp. There's definitely a lot of food for the cost and worth every penny. Our chef was fun and did a great job!

Sometimes the servers aren't very kind one time but then will be overly kind the next. I understand everyone has bad days but as someone who has worked customer service, you can't let your day change how you treat people.

The food made me sick when I tried to say something he told us that I need to go see a doctor bc his food can't make anyone sick he was rude the whole time he said he makes sure the food is done right but we watched him stand front of house the whole time.

Very nice staff, great food, and the hibachi is fun when I try it!

Kid-friendliness: Kids go there. Just hope they like the food cause when I was little, wasn't a fan until a little later in my life.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for them to get in and out without trouble.

Felt like I was in the movies with the chief cooking my meal right in front of me, he even did I nice show for us. I am definitely going to be back.

Always love the food. But if they mess up your Togo order they will fight you saying they didn't forget anything.

The soup was cold so I asked for a different bowl. Them they bring out food for the 5 others at my table but not mine. The lady comes to say they are making mine because they served it to someone else. Ten minutes later I got my plate, they served me raw chicken. So I had to send it back again. They were very rude and only offered a 10% discount which didn’t even cover taxes. My family will NEVER be back to eat at this restaurant

Service was awful, chef didn't seem to give a crap about being there and cooking our food. Spilled half of it on the counter while serving it. Rice was crunchy and chewy, steak was not cut properly, and we didn't have knives so couldn't cut it ourselves! Chef was just utterly disrespectful and i genuinely can't believe it. I've eaten here multiple times and it has been great, but wow I wish I knew his name cause he deserves to get fired.

We had a great time watching the chef fix our meal. He was fun to watch and definitely knew what he was doing. Got acquainted with another family sitting at our table for an even more enjoyable experience.

It's hit or miss purely for service, the food has always been good; either ordering pickup or dining in. Service is amazing sometimes and other times it's abysmal; sometimes you'll receive constant attention and other times you'll see them when you are seated, when they take your order then when you get the check. I've eaten there when there's only one other table who got seated after us and the server checked on them 4 times before he got to us. It is a real shame too because if it wasn't so iffy on the service this would be 5 stars from me.

First time here December 6, 2024 Upon arrival I tried asking the gentleman at the counter a question about spring rolls and there was an obvious lack of understanding because I was charged for something I didn’t want. What I wanted was not close to what I received. I then had to wait 35 minutes for my order. I will say that this establishment is quite busy it had a constant flow of traffic but I can’t say the customer service is any more than a 1 star and that’s being gracious.
The food was scorched and greasy so I can’t say that I would recommend this place unfortunately not based on my experience.
