They know me by name, lol ?. I love it, and it makes me feel a part of the starbucks family. It's not just about making a drink for them. It's about interacting and getting to know their costumers . I love it

Today, we went into the store to save time because the drive thru looked busy. We were ignored at the counter for approximately 4 minutes. Then, while waiting for our drink,noticed drive thru customers that came approximately 5 minutes behind us were leaving with their orders. It's apparent this location prioritizes drive thru customers. We left a little irritated.
