They would rather stand around and talk than actually do their job. Which is disappointing because subway is usually great with respectful people, not the case for this establishment. There are other subways close by, avoid this one if you want appropriate service.

Just took my crew to this subway for lunch, and I definitely regret wasting our time. All 3 of the ladies in the front are ridiculously RUDE! Told us we should already know what we want on our sandwich so they don't have to wait on us. We ended leaving. THE WORST SUBWAY!

I ordered on the app for convenience and a promo going on. Turns out in the store the toaster is broken, not their fault, so I'm not blaming them. Through the app, they get your email and phone number. They could have asked if the sandwiches could be heated rather than toasted since it was broke. Also, they do not put the extra cheese that is supposed to go on the Chicken Bacon Ranch. Previous interactions have been better.

I hardly leave google reviews, but this was THE WORST experience I ever had atany establishment in 25+ years . Not only were all 3 ladies inside extremely rude and unprofessional towards me, the food I purchased from here got me sick!! The veggies weren't properly prepared aand washed so I developed a bad stomach virus for 2 days now from here !! 101+ fever , night chills extreme abdominal pain and non stop bowel movements , WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE

Had an online order with a sub that was suppose to be toasted, the sub was not toasted so went back inside cordially and nice to get a remake since I had to travel home and back to the establishment, but they were very rude and unprofessional. I was very nice and friendly all I wanted was my sub right, wasn’t even mad I just wanted my food correct and they all started ganging up on me and being very rude, told me “it wasn’t their problem” that my sub wasn’t toasted, I brought it back to show them it was super cold and bread soft (indications of not being toasted) but they didn’t seem to care at all, a manager’s needs to check the camera footage from today , is that an acceptable way to treat paying customers who tip ??? Will NEVER be back !

After my child posted a review, she was informed by someone within this location that a manager had been on my child's/minor's Facebook trying to determine if my child actually posted the review or if someone else did. That is disturbing beyond measure that you (an adult) would basically search out someone's Facebook (a minor) regarding their review, just to make yourself look better? That is called creep factor 101. Guess what?? - as an adult and not a child - what kind of supervisor or manager does this and instills that type of mentality in the workplace? We will not frequent this location and will recommend the same to friends and family.

The hot little chic that built our subs wore a jersey that said "the Champ" and that she was working circles around her coworker. She definitely knew how to make a sandwich and I'll be going back. I may be in love. ❤️
