If I could do a negative issue would. We placed an order on the app for $33.19. We get there, and the lady is rude and belligerent. We show that they charged our card and no food. Go to the other subway. We have had nothing but trouble from this store for about 4 months.

We walked in to order sandwiches at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. We were the only two customers present. We didn't even recieve so much as a hello or any kind of "we'll be with you shortly" absolutely nothing but hostile staring and silence. One employee(blonde woman with black glasses) who couldn't keep her pants over her buttcrack bent over less than 1 foot from us organizing chips. The other employee(brunette male who appeared to have dirty hair which covered his face) was making online orders on the metal bar with no cutting boards on the bar where lettuce and various toppings were all over the place. We left after standing for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, but after noticing the uncleanliness of the store and the lack of personal hygiene and professional manner of the employees, we decided to go elsewhere.

I placed an online order for a steak and CHEESE with green peppers and onions I received a sandwich of bread steak and sauce nothing else I called the restaurant and the staff were extremely rude to me! First a guy said he made my order and it was correct then I was given a giftcard number to call which does nothing so I called the restaurant back then a woman said she "watched her make my order" and it was correct and it clearly is NOT this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was given the giftcard number because they "couldn't do refunds there" then by the second call the super rude lady could magically do a refund but just this once because "she watched the sandwich be made correctly" clearly it was not or I would not have been calling in the first place! They should 100 percent be ashamed of themselves calling them rude is the nicest way I can describe it!

Subway usually has a food counter worked in front of an oven counter. While we were there, a company was installing cameras above the oven counter close to the food we were going to eat. I felt they could do that off business hours.

Keep driving. How hard does a child have to try to mess up a simple Italian sandwich in order to succeed? Is it because it was Dashed & you thought you could seriously jack up the easiest order ever? This was an order of 4 sandwiches, I'll speak of mine first. Italian sub, Artisan Italian bread, lettuce, onion, peppers, green pepper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, pepper jack, toasted. Is that what I received? Of course not!
What I received was a lettuce sandwich on soggy white bread. Wrong bread, not toasted, no salt, no pepper, no oil & vinegar, 2 slices of pepper, 4 tiny, thin slices of red onion each about 1.5" long, & 2 fistfuls of warm wilted lettuce. Yes! I was the lucky recipient of a warm wilted lettuce soggy white bread sandwich! JACKPOT! My husband & sons sandwiches were toasted & weren't supposed to be, one requested olives & didn't get them, oh & wrong bread on both of those too. My stepmother's sandwich was also not toasted, no salt & pepper, wrong cheese... once again, this is what happens when you hire children & leave them alone & unsupervised.
Save yourself the time & frustration, keep looking. This isn't what you want

I ordered 2 footings on the app. I asked for each sandwich to be cut in 3 pieces (it’s also printed on the receipt where I had requested it) they didn’t even cut them in two (they ran a knife through the top layer) the chicken bacon ranch had zero sauce on it (ranch and baja chipotle was requested) with two pieces of chicken on one side (no, it wasn’t on the other side). Both sandwiches were wrapped upside down and dumped in the paper before being wrapped- Huge mess. Not worth the amount we paid for this trash. If you order subway I would try the one downtown if at all possible.

was in today and got a 12” and two 6” sandwiches all of them were chicken bacon ranch. I was highly floored I was being charged 2 dollars each for bacon and they charged me 4 more dollars for bacon.. I didn’t even get extra?? Make it make sense I got charged so many times for bacon. Why!Not only that the chick putting our food together was highly smartassy by the way she made our sandwiches. I would say lite cheese, lite lettuce only for her to put a tiny pinch on the sandwhiches. I am highly pissed off I left spending 35.90 for no reason. The bacon chicken ranch foot long is 11.39. Please make it make sense since I did not ask for extra anything. If you are running out of inventory why are you charging ME for your low stock? That’s not my problem. Again, y’all charged me ridiculous fees and then ask me to tip? Bahaha nope.?

Haven't had Subway in awhile and tonight's sub was so FRESH and DELICIOUS that I will return again soon. Great customer service from Christina and Renee were professional and courteous. I was there late probably around closing but they were super nice and wasn't rude or rushing me to finish eating! Great service tonight ladies!!

Employees are always screaming at one another. Past two times I have gone the employees got in fights. They ignored us for like 7 or 8 minutes to fulfill online orders, made our food, lost one of the sandwiches somehow, gave us the wrong sandwich, burned our churro, then started fighting about "who screwed up my order", and one saying "this is the 5th sandwich I have screwed up today, so this one isn't my fault". By the time they finished and we got our food my sandwich was cold and rock hard. Only good thing about this was the food was "edible". Can't imagine a worse customer experience if I tried. Between starving to death and going to this subway, it'd be a hard choice.
