We went in , both sandwiches wanted toasted and both cold still when we took a bit. The staff was friendly and helpful. But our food was not good. We didn't even finish our 6 inch subs.

Walked in and there was no one around. Waited a couple of minutes and a young man came out and pepmisws to be right back. He took the order and bagged it, then excused himswlf to go wait on the customer behind me, leaving me standing at the register to wait wjile he prepared two other cuatomers orders. A a second employee came in from outside and finally rang my order up. I don't know why there was only one employee in the store and kind of fwlt sorry for him. But why not finish waiting on the customer you were helpong before starting the next 2 and lwaving the first one waiting a second time?

Worst customer service ever. How rude! On top of being rude from the moment we walked in, this lady had people visiting her at work and stopped making our food to go have a conversation with them. Then she was all smiles and happy but the moment she stepped back behind the counter, it was rude, cold, impatient. Like we were taking up her time. We had patiently waited 10 min to even place our order! I'm sorry for interrupting your social outing, I thought they were there to tend to customers.

If I could do a negative issue would. We placed an order on the app for $33.19. We get there, and the lady is rude and belligerent. We show that they charged our card and no food. Go to the other subway. We have had nothing but trouble from this store for about 4 months.

We walked in to order sandwiches at 9:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. We were the only two customers present. We didn't even recieve so much as a hello or any kind of "we'll be with you shortly" absolutely nothing but hostile staring and silence. One employee(blonde woman with black glasses) who couldn't keep her pants over her buttcrack bent over less than 1 foot from us organizing chips. The other employee(brunette male who appeared to have dirty hair which covered his face) was making online orders on the metal bar with no cutting boards on the bar where lettuce and various toppings were all over the place. We left after standing for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, but after noticing the uncleanliness of the store and the lack of personal hygiene and professional manner of the employees, we decided to go elsewhere.

I placed an online order for a steak and CHEESE with green peppers and onions I received a sandwich of bread steak and sauce nothing else I called the restaurant and the staff were extremely rude to me! First a guy said he made my order and it was correct then I was given a giftcard number to call which does nothing so I called the restaurant back then a woman said she "watched her make my order" and it was correct and it clearly is NOT this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was given the giftcard number because they "couldn't do refunds there" then by the second call the super rude lady could magically do a refund but just this once because "she watched the sandwich be made correctly" clearly it was not or I would not have been calling in the first place! They should 100 percent be ashamed of themselves calling them rude is the nicest way I can describe it!

Subway usually has a food counter worked in front of an oven counter. While we were there, a company was installing cameras above the oven counter close to the food we were going to eat. I felt they could do that off business hours.

Keep driving. How hard does a child have to try to mess up a simple Italian sandwich in order to succeed? Is it because it was Dashed & you thought you could seriously jack up the easiest order ever? This was an order of 4 sandwiches, I'll speak of mine first. Italian sub, Artisan Italian bread, lettuce, onion, peppers, green pepper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, pepper jack, toasted. Is that what I received? Of course not!
What I received was a lettuce sandwich on soggy white bread. Wrong bread, not toasted, no salt, no pepper, no oil & vinegar, 2 slices of pepper, 4 tiny, thin slices of red onion each about 1.5" long, & 2 fistfuls of warm wilted lettuce. Yes! I was the lucky recipient of a warm wilted lettuce soggy white bread sandwich! JACKPOT! My husband & sons sandwiches were toasted & weren't supposed to be, one requested olives & didn't get them, oh & wrong bread on both of those too. My stepmother's sandwich was also not toasted, no salt & pepper, wrong cheese... once again, this is what happens when you hire children & leave them alone & unsupervised.
Save yourself the time & frustration, keep looking. This isn't what you want
