I ordered 4 Catina Chicken tacos only for them to come with cold thrown on cheese. Not melted at all. The cheese was so cold in fact I could feel it through the wrapper… I went inside to have it remade only for another customer to walk in with a similar issue. 10 minutes later they get their order and nothing for. I make my request again only for it to JUST NOW be worked on. After I had to wait on my order to finish in the drive through, then wait 10 minutes and it takes another 10 to make 4 tacos. 2 of which STILL did not have that carina taco quality. My cini twists didn’t even have cinnamon. Overall usually disappointed with this Taco Bell but this takes the cake. I will never waste my hard earned money after I myself had a late busy shift. So I understand frustrations. However it was not busy to promote this type of “quality”. I do not recommend this Taco Bell

This is how my quesadilla came out of the package literally only filling half the bag like whoever made it doesn’t care. Definitely wasn’t cut right. This is happening more and more when we go and they get pissed when we ask to remake the food had I been with him when he got dinner I would’ve taken it back in but this is seriously getting freaking ridiculous. Do better.

Rude staff and awful service. I ordered my food 20 minutes before getting there, and guess what? They hadn’t even started it. Instead of apologizing, the staff thought it was funny and laughed while we waited. Absolute joke of a restaurant.

I started doordashing a week ago and I have made many trips to this Taco Bell. No matter how busy they are they are always so kind and so patient with customers and each other. I also have stopped to grab me and my girls food many times and the food is always hot and delicious! Great job!

At Bartlesville, they had very pleasant staff. I was waited on before I had to do an online order. I'm glad that option is available, but a person to wait on you is much quicker! Delicious food!

Food: It was good? But it was freezing cold and the sour creme was all squirted on the wrapper and not my tacos. Service: we waited an HOUR and a half for 4 meals. Atmosphere: it was clean, tables were nice, and the chairs were pushed in. There was a redhead (girl) worker who gave her friends who came in vapes?? I'm not trying to get her in trouble or anything <3

It's not a clean place. Had to wait 40 minutes for the order. I understand they are short-handed. I wish customers would keep the tables clean as a courtesy for the next customers. Some high school kids would non stop curse for no reason and no employees at the store would stop them.

Terrible plan to not have people at the counter to place your order with. 1 guy in the lobby. Over the next 15 min 14 people arrived. They started receiving their orders. He patiently waited. We received our oder and he goes up and asks about his (when someone finally comes to the counter) she explains quite aggressively how busy they are. After he explains to her he was here before any of the people who are now eating she gives his money back 5-30-25 9 pm
