This was awful experience!!! If I wanted to work at a Taco Bell I would! NOWAY will I be back to this Taco Bell! My day and age you can not walk into this Taco Bell and order food without an hour of training to operate the kiosk! RIDICULOUS visit with my grandbabies! Will not return!

Ordered and paid with the mobile app. When I got to the window, and female employee told me they were out of chicken strips and that I had to pick something else. Ok...picked a Cantina Chicken burrito and a Cantina chicken taco...both were cold and soggy along with the rest of the order. It was downright gross...obviously thrown together by people who don't care.

Normally I like this location. But tonight’s experience was ridiculous. I mobile ordered and pulled up to box and they didn’t say a word for 35 minutes to my car or the car in the regular drive thru line. I couldn’t back up due to other cars behind me and 3 cars in front. I decided to pull towards the window because I thought maybe they had an issue with their speaker box and since I had already ordered, it should not be an issue. We then waited another 30 minutes to even reach the window. The car is in front of me seemed to speed off angrily and did not get food handed out to them. The worker at the window was very rude and seemed unsure of what they were doing. 10 minutes after finally reaching the window, (about an hour into this whole debacle) we got our order, or so I thought!
I had a simple order two fries and Two tacos, I checked the bag just to make sure that I had everything in it and there were no Fries in the bag just the cheese. If you’re gonna make us wait an hour, at least have all our stuff in the bag. I walk in and see A couple people in line, but they were only waiting for their orders. The worker seem to be getting out DoorDash orders very fast, but no other orders. There was no communication as to what the holdup was. There were three workers which I understand might be less than they normally have, but there should at least be some communication as to an ETA of when we get our order. As I walk inside to go ask for my fries, the workers are visibly upset. They were also talking very loudly about how they weren’t gonna be taking the drive-through Orders for a while. Meaning the car is behind us and in the other line would also not get help for more than an hour and a half. One worker guy was throwing metal dishes or something in the back and a lady was yelling they can go to IHOP, IHOP is open. Very disappointed with the experience and will probably be giving my money to IHOP from now on since this is the slowest fast food on the Planet, and you don’t even get what you pay for the first time. All the workers had very bad attitudes and seemed like it was their first day on earth. This is ridiculous. We got there 1235pm and left with everything after 145pm

One girl in particular that works at night. Dark hair. Insanely rude every single time I come through on late nights. First time, she was mad that I needed to add a drink to my order and told me I had to go back around the line if I wanted it. Second time, she proceeded to aggressively hand me the food and told me “I don’t even know what the name is” on the order and just stared at me. Handed me a cup with no ice and when I asked she said there wasn’t any and slammed the window. Very disappointed with this employee and don’t understand why she’s so mean. Staff needs to be better. Don’t work at Taco Bell if you wanna act like you hate it.

My life as a single mother was pretty hard today to say the least, but Jordan at Taco Bell was my saving grace. I truly believe he was an angel sent by God. And then the way that he delivered my food seemed like there was a halo shining above him. Jordan. Was.
