Food is always amazing. Some of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. I usually get the enchiladas or chile relleno. Highly recommend

The food athencity is dispointed. My Carne asada didn't look like carne asada. It looks like ground beef. Food quality is poor. My chille relleno taste plain. It's my first and last.

Place was a bit filthy- as we were ordering a lady came up to the register and told them she found a fly in her food. We should have ran then.
Food was tasteless, meat looked weird and definitely not authentic. Also had to go get food myself and my drink since they never brought it out. First and last time here.
La comida y el servicio no fueron ideal.

Not enough salsa for tacos. Everytime I order 10 tacos I get four salsas half to 2/3rd filled, never enough, and now they’re charging for extra half filled condiments, don’t forget they’re charging 3.5% for card purchases. Much rather get tacos in Skiatook nowadays. Sorry Tacos Maria’s.

First time visit for us and we were overwhelmed by their delicious authentic Mexican food!
The service is great and the servings are in ample proportions for very reasonable prices!
The flavors burst in your mouth with every bite!
Definitely one of our favorite restaurants!

This was by far the worst sandwich ever. No flavor. No texture. Like some kind of flavorless substance surrounded by burnt bread. Lobby was filthy at 3 pm. Still have the bubbleguts from this place. More Pepto Abysmal!

I was recommended this place. When I walk in the restaurant it smells off kinda funky, the meat tasted like it was steamed and didnt give me a street taco vibe.

Not first time eating here. But first time review. Ours did come with a free loose hair. Good tamales. Right amount for me because I usually get too full and feel bad for wasting food 🙃
💯 recommend their street tacos also. Those are never a bad choice.

Best Mexican in Bartlesville
I've been getting food here for quite some time. I order the same thing each time. 2 cheese quesadillas. Some how the price is different every time I order. One day it's $15 then $14 then $23 and then $16. I asked them to recalculate it as they charge me a little over $16. They recalculated it and said the total should always be $15.25 for my specific order. Went again today and they still did it wrong.

Street tacos address the perfect size. The lengua and carne asada are my favorite. The rice and beans are the perfect compliment to any taco. The birrias are so delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch.

We got the beef tongue street tacos and the beef tongue stuffed burrito absolutely delicious. If just the thought of beef tongue makes you cringe you are missing out highly recommended you try it once. Just melts in your mouth like butter not many places have it. This will be our new go to spot in Bartlesville

Tacos Maria is kind of a fast-food authentic taco joint. Dine in or to-go, drive thru pick up window. Inside, order at the counter, a very limited menu. Average Mexican food.
We had the Tamales, Pollo Loco, and chips and salsa (you have to order ‘em to get ‘em). On the salsa, I ordered the hot. Decent and needed for the meals. The tamales were fair, good tasting from the green sauce inside and not an overload of masa on the outside. The filling was very skimpy on the chicken. My wife wanted pork, but they were out. My Pollo Loco was weird, coarse ground, grilled chicken, floated on queso. Despite its appearance, the chicken was well seasoned and tasted good with the queso. Beans resembling canned and rice on the side.
Some have reported that the food is the closest that they have found to California Mexican food. While other reviewers in strong disagreement, love the restaurant and have posted pictures of appetizing looking meals. The restaurant is clean and not a typical OkieMex, run down hole in the wall establishment.
Frankly, the food is just 3 star OK. But here is the rub, for $27, I am very certain you can find better Mexican food in Bartlesville, with table service and complementary chips and salsa.
