I love it here. The food is great here, the service is nice, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I rarely had issues with my orders, and even when I do they are quickly fixed, and overall it's a welcoming place here. Prices are my only concern, but beyond that, I would heavily recommend for any fast food enjoyer.

Horrible experience, worst whataburger I have ever been to
Lazy lazy lazy employees. Double check your orders. Also maybe speak to your customers in the drive thru. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with no tomato I got a burger with cheese only. Every single time i have been to the Bartlesville location my food has been cold or my order was wrong.

This review is about the owner of this place being very cheap. My wife and I went there about 6:30 PM and it was really cold inside. This was on 1/2/2026. I ask the employees only to find out they told me the owner/main manager control the heat from there cell phone so the employees can not turn the heat up or down it was very cold in there. I called Whataburger customer service as I was there having dinner. I hope the manger/owner reads this review and changes thing to make it a better place for there customers/employees if they don't I will be getting hold of the city of Bartlesville and report this to them. No one should have to work in these conditions. The employees that work there was really nice and I hade no problems with them at all. To the Owner of this place stop being so cheap. When you go there to eat you want a arm and a leg for the food you are selling so make the place nice and warm inside so at least you can eat in comfort.
