Tried them for the first time this week. I’m sorry but I will not be going back. The biscuit was gummy the chicken was just ok and the potato sticks were so hard and crunchy that there was not even any potato left inside of the shell extremely overcooked!  10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

terrible service. charges to put ranch on burger but not mustard or ketchup or mayo I should be able to get any dressing for my burger for no extra charge if no other dressing gets charged I won't be spending any more money on your food

Came in at 5:40ish a.m. and ordered a Breakfast Burger(Dry, Sub Monetary), a SEC Buiscut and an order of hashbrowns. Assistant Manager that took my order input the cheese wrong but she was very nice she just wasnt able to locate the Sub Cheese. They had a large online order from what I could see, and plus I had to wait on biscuits which personally I don't mind waiting. The food came out around 15-20 minutes later, The SEC Buiscut was fresh it was very good, but the Breakfast burger still had regular american, it was missing the egg and the bread was stale and the side order of hashbrowns were not fresh, this was unacceptable given the wait.
Jaci Posey had helped me when I returned to the counter and she was also very nice and understanding and promptly had the Breakfast Burger remade correctly, so no harm no foul, but any other customer who would of had to wait that long just for 90% of the order to be made incorrectly and subpar would not be as happy or patient. Customer service was very good, but whatever is happening with the food being prepared, and quality check needs work

Only complaining because I’m pregnancy and get mad when my food isn’t right, I ordered a double meat Whataburger, plain and dry add cheese. Got told my food was given away to an employee and it would only be a 3 minute fix, just to have it come out with no cheese with lettuce tomato mustard the works. After I repeated to the employee multiple times after he told me he gave my food away. He also came up to my window with another persons food at first. Sincerely a mad hungry pregnant woman.

I am so mad about this place when I arrived for the first time three days ago it took them 45 mins to get my food I was the only car so no one before me and I was told to pull in parking space 2 and they would bring my food then two cars pulled in they both after me and left before me then to get cold frys made the rest of the meal bad but I was mad already the whole thing horrible I want my money back and to think I'd even get it worst place ever no I didn't get a refund nor a replacement not that I want a replacement after the way I was treated 38.43 is a lot of money to be done that way

The Whataburger on Rittiman Rd in San Antonio has the most precious precious treasure. They have an older man working there (I see him during lunch hours) that is the sweetest, most adorable gem. It's hard for elderly folks to find employment, so for this reason alone, I'm giving Whataburger 5 stars. DO NOT lose that sweet sweet guy.

On 4/8/25, I sent in a complaint via their website. As is obvious from this posting date, one week has passed and not one communication from Whataburger. It is CRM: 00280846787, even though I’m quite sure this matters not at all to this company. A week ago, I was a recoverable customer. Heck, yesterday they could have won me back. Ignore your customers for a week when they have a complaint? Naw. No coming back. Even better, the complaint was about being completely ignored at a location in Texas.
