Better than It's Just Wings(Chili's), not as great as Buffalo Wild Wings but I'd rather not have to drive 45 minutes outta town to get BDubs. Loved the roasted corn and the fries are alright and the chicken was saucy, again better than the desert and sog fest from Chili's.

New to Bartlesville i decided to try wingstop despite the negative reviews so far. I can say based on my personal experience it was actually the best wingstop ive had so far. chicken was fresh, crispy, very juicy and tender. Doordash driver did have to wait a little longer than what would usually be expected but overall incredible.

Nothing special. Received mine cold, I don't get why a Wingstop is a deal to begin with it's just chicken, like the other 75 places around that service chicken strips. I'm sure they have bad days and good days depending on if someone's working that cares or gets paid enough to care.

It took over an hour for me to receive my food, the staff had shifty attitudes, and the wings were dry! If I could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD!

Everything was so salty it was barely edible. Fries were exceptionally salty the ranch was salty, the dry rub and sauced boneless wings were so salty. Maybe their cooks all smoke or can’t taste. I give it a 1 out of 10 pretty much trash. In my opinion if you like a little food with your salt go to wing stop.

Food was fresh & hot. Service was great for us. Friendly smiling. I like that everything was stocked better than Tulsa stores. They even had wet wipes !!! (I've been to 7 Wingstop's in 3 states and no one else had wet wipes) the building is small(2 tables for 2 people & 2 tables for 4 people)! Mostly for to-go options. But there was a lot of confusion there. The bad part is the grease was OLD!!! you could tell by the amount of smoke in there, that the grease was burnt and old. (Either not cleaned nightly or they have over used it and it's done) Either way that took away from the food. Had a old grease taste but it was hot cooked to order. Also the color of the food shows how old the grease is. Chicken & fries should be golden brown. Not brown brown.

Best chicken I've had in years. Unbelievable quality worth every penny. I just got done with lunch. Genuinely made my entire day. Also talked to the district manager and he was nice as can be. Great experience.

Ordered earlier today on my way out of town. I noticed after I arrived at my destination that there was a little mess up in my order. I called, and they were very kind and professional. They let me pick up a fresh order of what I was missing later in the day when I got back to town. They truly did go above and beyond to fix the HONEST mistake they made. I will absolutely be giving them my business again.

The manager & general manager are horrible with no customer service skills! I did not get what I paid for and they refused to do my order right so I got my money back and while waiting on my money another customer complained and he was basically treated the same way, you get what we give you & be happy with it! I am a professional in the customer service industry and neither one of them would have a job with their service! Your business IS NOT GOING TO LAST LONG IN BARTLESVILLE with this kind of service!!!! People please don’t waste your time & money at this establishment!!!

Not worth the hype, the wings/drums were way over cooked, so they were dry. I got the 15pc and was very disappointed. Now the size of the wings are not worth what you pay for them. They were very small my thumbs are bigger with more meat on them.. I will not suggest them to anyone. STAY AWAY DONT GET FOOD HERE AT ALL!!
