I recently visited Boomerang Diner, and it was a fantastic experience! Our server, Jennifer, was exceptional—she was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service really made the meal enjoyable.
We started with the 50/50 appetizer, which consisted of fried pickles and fried mushrooms. Both were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of seasoning. They’re definitely a must-try!
For our main dishes, we had the breakfast scrambler, pancake special, and biscuits with gravy. The breakfast scrambler was my favorite, packed with flavor and perfect for a hearty meal. The pancake special was also very good, fluffy and satisfying. As for the biscuits and gravy, they were tasty but a bit too much for one sitting!
Overall, everything was delicious, but one small suggestion: I’d love to see them add Coke to their drink menu in the future.
Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for good comfort food and excellent service!

It's pretty busy, but the half-price burger (Mondays) was delicious, and the fries were perfect. The server was just attentive enough, and it's priced just right. For a lunchtime rush, it was all under control.

I really enjoyed this place. Wasn't super busy by the time we got there so the food was quick to come out. Everyone is really nice and the location was great for me.
I ordered a large cheese curds and large pickle- Os, they were both $9. I was surprised by the price because boomerang has always been good with their prices but the amount, the very little amount, that was given to us when we arrived for our pickup order is not even laughable, it's disrespectful and a spit in my face to spend $20 for 2 SIDE items and they're not larges. And they're both BURNT. One came in a paper bowl the size of a small fries when you eat there and the other was in a plastic container spread out thinly across the bottom to look like a lot. Once shoved to one side, THEY DIDNT EVEN COVER ONE SIDE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF NOW. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS RIP OFF OF A PLACE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. It's not busy so that's not an excuse. This is sad and I will be telling everyone I know from Edmond/Okc to Lawton, OK. I'm still so pissed I got ripped off.

I’m talking about burgers that are cooked just for you, not leftovers from someone who never showed up. I went for the Bacon Ranch Cheeseburger, and it was juicy, flavorful, and piping hot. The fries were golden and crispy, and the fried okra was addictive—nothing tasted like it had been sitting around.
The retro vibe pulls you in, but it's the fresh food and friendly service that’ll keep you coming back. Boomerang Diner knows how to treat customers right, serving up meals worth every penny. Trust me, if you’re tired of pre-prepared garbage, this place is a breath of fresh air!

The service was cool the atmosphere was clean but the price that I paid for the small amount of food that I could eat was not good...minus the two pieces of fish that I could eat the rest of my meal was not edible....I could not give this food to a stray dog and believe he would eat it. I will not be back for awhile. I saved up my hard earned money to get this food and was truly disappointed now I gotta save up another 3 months to get fine dining food.
