So... normally I love this place never given it a bad review. This was all due to my waitress. I'm sure she's very distinctive, toro nose ringed healthy woman who does not like her job. She will literally set your food down and walk away without saying a word. She forgot one of my items, I had to go up to the counter where she was using a cell phone and counting up tickets with her bare hands also handling food and things after that without washing I saw. DO NOT recommend that 'street corn' they advertised it was not street.Corn tasted more like over microwaved corn.

My wife and some of her friends go occasionally for a “girls night out “. They usually pick a local dining place for food and fun. Tonight they went to Boomerang in Bethany.
Often she brings me a to-go order after they dine. I asked her to bring me an Old Fashioned Burger with condiments on the side. No cheese, no mayo, no mustard. Before leaving the diner she ordered my burger to go. The waiter specifically asked her about cheese and she said “No cheese.”
She brought the burger to me. It had cheese dripping from the edges, and a glob of mayo slathered on the meat. I was able to scrape off some of the cheese and some of the mayo; at least enough to eat about half of the burger. The other half went to the garbage.
This was my first, and last, experience with this place.
If you’re looking for a good place to eat, drive on down the road. You’ll likely get much better food.
I think tonight may have been the first time we’ve ever walked out of a restaurant without leaving a tip. From the start, the experience was disappointing. We weren’t greeted or welcomed when we arrived, just stared at. It took about 10 to 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and another 30 to 40 minutes before the food came out.
When our drinks arrived, they came with no straws even though all the drinks needed straws. When our the food finally arrived, no one checked on us. After waiting about 15 minutes, I had to flag someone down just to get silverware. The “all you can eat catfish” was also a letdown. If you want more, you have to wave down a server, if you can even get their attention, or go to the counter yourself and wait another 20 minutes for just three small pieces of fish.
The worst part was the complete lack of service. Once our order was taken and the food dropped off, we never saw a server at our table again. Five servers stood behind the counter the entire time, but not one came by to check in or offer a refill. I ended up having to go to the counter myself just to ask for one.
Overall, tonight was a major disappointment.

Server was fine. Took 40 minutes for our order to come and only 2 other people in the restaurant Others were waiting for to go orders that were called and complaining about how long it was taking as they had waited an additional 20 minutes before complain8ng. I ordered ultimate breakfast with scrambled eggs and to add onions to hashbrown well done. I hate the fact you dont get scrambled eggs and they are just cooked on the flat top until browned then chopped, thats not scrambled. Makes them taste burnt. The hashbrowns were burnt and the onions of which were purple were cooked separately and burnt and thrown on top of the hashbrowns. Brother ordered spanish omelet and there were about 20+ jalapeños. More jalapeños than egg. The temp in the restaurant was so cold had to go outside to warm up a couple of times. Wont be back. Did let waitress know issues as my eggs nor hashbrowns were touched and she would let the manager know. No one showed to offer to fix or anything. Son said the burger was just alright it was edible.
